廣州華鉅君悅酒店員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Talents are the most competitive core resources of enterprises. How to develop talents and retain talents is the most realistic and important task facing enterprises today. The competitive employee training is an important factor to develop and retain talents, the core of human resource management, and an important means to realize the economic benefits of enterprises. The construction and perfection of staff training system is related to the improvement of staff quality and the long-term development of enterprises. In this paper, the hotel of Guangzhou Kuijun Hyatt (hereinafter referred to as Huakuojun Yue) as the research object, the related research results at home and abroad were combed, and in the field investigation, comprehensive use of literature research, case studies, Research and other methods of research on the staff training system of Conrad Yue in-depth study. First of all, it summarizes the relevant theories of training; then, through the analysis of the current situation of human resources and staff training system of Kui-Junyue Hua, the author makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the staff training system. The main problems in the staff training system are found: the staff training is not guided by the hotel development strategy, the staff training lacks rigorous training needs analysis, the staff training curriculum system is unreasonable, and the staff training organization efficiency is low. The staff training teachers are weak, the employee training effect transformation is not obvious, the staff training cognition exists the deviation and so on; based on these problems, the training related theory is used to optimize the design of the staff training system of Kuijun Yue. The optimal design of employee training system is guided by the development strategy of Conrad Juneyue, combined with employee career development planning, based on employee training needs analysis, staff training curriculum system, staff training organization method, staff trainer team, etc. Finally, the author puts forward the implementation guarantee of the optimal design scheme of the employee training system. Mainly includes the management system safeguard, the organization safeguard and the fund safeguard. Specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of incentive system and punishment system, three-level training organization system, working environment, financial funds and so on, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the design scheme of the new staff training system. In order to improve the overall quality of the staff and improve the economic efficiency of the hotel, the optimal design scheme of the training system for the staff of Kuijun Yue is carried out. At the same time, I also hope that through the case study of the staff training system of Conrad Juneyue, it has certain reference value for other similar hotels or similar enterprises to improve their staff training system.
