【摘要】：改革開放以來，廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)總量不斷擴(kuò)大，結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸升級(jí)，吸納就業(yè)能力較大幅度提高，基本形成了相對(duì)完整服務(wù)業(yè)體系。但應(yīng)該看到，廣東盡管占天時(shí)、地緣、人和之利，，服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展在意識(shí)、規(guī)模總量、產(chǎn)業(yè)門類、服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面比國(guó)內(nèi)其它地區(qū)先行一步，可是隨著全國(guó)開放水平的不斷提高，全國(guó)其它地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，廣東服務(wù)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)在不斷衰減或已漸漸不明顯。 廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)要保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展，繼續(xù)增強(qiáng)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力和活力，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)，發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢(shì)，在國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)乃至國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席地位，就必須進(jìn)一步從國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)和廣東省域發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況中進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)、深化加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的意義。 從廣東目前理論研究的實(shí)踐來看，對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的研究主要集中在現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系方面，尚缺乏從國(guó)內(nèi)各省市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展指標(biāo)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)出發(fā)研究廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的理論文章，這可能與建立現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的難度較大、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)涉及的行業(yè)眾多、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品具有無形性和非存儲(chǔ)性等特點(diǎn)有較大關(guān)系。 本文章就是在這樣的背景下，試圖通過再認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)及其相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)理論，通過對(duì)廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析，嘗試研究建立一種能較為全面衡量廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的指標(biāo)體系，來評(píng)價(jià)廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力，提出發(fā)展廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的對(duì)策。 本文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)及其評(píng)價(jià)理論進(jìn)行了闡述。其次分析了廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)當(dāng)前的階段型特征和發(fā)展模式。再次通過運(yùn)用中國(guó)、廣東相關(guān)年度統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒對(duì)廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)行了理論分析，討論了廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。然后構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并采用主成分分析法和利用SPSS軟件，對(duì)廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)從規(guī)模水平、發(fā)展能力、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、科技環(huán)境和主要現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè)狀況五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)定量分析。最后提出了發(fā)展廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the total amount of modern service industry in Guangdong Province has been continuously expanded, the structure has been gradually upgraded, the ability of absorbing employment has been greatly improved, and a relatively complete service industry system has basically been formed. However, it should be noted that although Guangdong is one step ahead of other regions in terms of consciousness, total scale, category of industry and service quality in terms of awareness, geographical location, people's benefits, and the development of the service industry, but with the continuous improvement of the national level of opening up, With the rapid economic development in other regions of the country, Guangdong's service industry advantage has been declining or gradually becoming less obvious. Guangdong's economy and society should maintain sustainable development, continue to enhance the momentum and vitality of provincial economic development, realize industrial transformation and upgrading, develop new advantages, and occupy a position in domestic and regional competition as well as in international competition. It is necessary to further understand the modern service industry and deepen the significance of speeding up the development of the modern service industry from the domestic regional economic development situation and the current situation of the development of Guangdong Province. From the current practice of theoretical research in Guangdong, the research on modern service industry is mainly focused on the relationship between modern service industry and economic development. There is still a lack of theoretical articles to study the development of modern service industry in Guangdong from the comprehensive evaluation of modern service industry development indicators in various provinces and cities in China, which may be more difficult to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for modern service industry. Modern service industry involves many industries, service products have the characteristics of invisibility and non-storage. Under this background, this article attempts to re-understand the modern service industry and its related evaluation theory, through the analysis of the development of modern service industry in Guangdong. This paper attempts to establish an index system which can comprehensively measure the development level of Guangdong's modern service industry, to evaluate the comprehensive strength of Guangdong's modern service industry, and to put forward the countermeasures for the development of Guangdong's modern service industry. This paper first expounds the modern service industry and its evaluation theory. Secondly, it analyzes the current stage characteristics and development mode of Guangdong economy and society. Thirdly, by using the relevant annual statistical yearbooks of China and Guangdong, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the modern service industry in Guangdong Province, and discusses the present development situation and existing problems of the modern service industry in Guangdong Province. Then the evaluation index system of the present situation of modern service industry is constructed, and by using principal component analysis and SPSS software, the modern service industry in Guangdong Province is developed from the scale level, the development ability, the infrastructure construction. The scientific and technological environment and the status of the main modern service industries are systematically analyzed in five aspects. Finally, the countermeasures of developing modern service industry in Guangdong province are put forward.
