【摘要】：本文在描述中國服務業(yè)集聚特征性的基礎上,結合經(jīng)濟學相關理論和服務業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特性,采用2003-2015年中國14個細分服務業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進行了實證檢驗。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國服務業(yè)集聚程度不高,集聚趨勢正在加強;行業(yè)發(fā)展水平、信息化水平、工資水平三個變量回歸結果較為顯著,且參數(shù)符號均符合預期的假設。在此基礎上,又對行業(yè)異質(zhì)性進行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),基于三類服務業(yè)所具有的不同產(chǎn)業(yè)特征,三類服務業(yè)集聚的影響因素也不盡相同。最后,本文分別從相關企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新主體地位、公共服務平臺和地方信息基礎設施建設、服務業(yè)集聚區(qū)考評制度等方面提出了促進我國服務業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of describing the characteristics of service industry agglomeration in China, combining the relevant economic theory and the industry characteristics of service industry, this paper makes an empirical test using 14 subdivision service industry data from 2003 to 2015 in China. It is found that the agglomeration degree of service industry in China is not high and the trend of agglomeration is being strengthened. The regression results of three variables of industry development level, information level and wage level are significant, and the parameter symbols are all in line with the expected assumptions. On the basis of this, it is found that the factors affecting the agglomeration of the three service industries are different according to the different industrial characteristics of the three service industries. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of service agglomeration in China from the following aspects: the innovation subject status of related enterprises, the construction of public service platform and local information infrastructure, the evaluation system of service agglomeration area, etc.
