【摘要】：本文構建了關于生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)空間集聚推進創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展的理論分析框架,并基于2003—2014年省級面板數(shù)據(jù)建立空間計量模型,實證研究了生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)專業(yè)化集聚、多樣化集聚指數(shù)對地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新提升的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的專業(yè)化集聚和多樣化集聚都對地區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力存在正面溢出效應,但是主要通過專業(yè)化空間集聚促進生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新;相對于制度創(chuàng)新,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)集聚對地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新提升力更強;同時,科技創(chuàng)新的空間溢出效應也會對地區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力產(chǎn)生不可忽視的重要影響。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of spatial agglomeration of producer services to promote innovation-driven development, establishes a spatial econometric model based on provincial panel data from 2003 to 2014, and empirically studies specialized agglomeration of producer services. The impact of diversification agglomeration index on regional scientific and technological innovation and institutional innovation. It is found that the specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration of producer services have positive spillover effects on regional innovation ability, but mainly promote the internal innovation of producer services through specialized spatial agglomeration; The agglomeration of producer service industry can enhance the regional scientific and technological innovation, and at the same time, the spatial spillover effect of scientific and technological innovation will also have an important impact on the innovation ability of the region.
