DR公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇研究
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, innovation is the basic characteristic of modern enterprises. Technological innovation can provide a continuous source of power for enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Dr recognizes the importance of technological innovation to the development of enterprises, and from 2012 increased investment in product research and development. Therefore, Dr Company should choose the appropriate technological innovation mode to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. First of all, this paper summarizes the related theories of technological innovation. This paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, defines the concept of technological innovation and the process of technological innovation, and sums up the general classification of technological innovation models by domestic scholars, namely independent innovation, imitation innovation and cooperative innovation. The selection method of technology innovation mode at home and abroad is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of technology innovation mode selection model of Dr Company. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the status quo of Dr company's technological innovation, and concludes that Dr company has some problems, such as lack of scientific decision-making, weak R & D ability, insufficient investment in R & D funds, etc. It is concluded that the independent innovation technology model selected by Dr Company does not match the actual situation of the enterprise. Thirdly, on the basis of the theoretical research and the analysis of the status quo of technology innovation in Dr Company, this paper summarizes the internal and external factors that affect the choice of technological innovation mode, and establishes the index system of the influencing factors for the selection of technological innovation mode of Dr Company. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS is used to solve the technological innovation mode chosen by Dr company. It is suggested that Dr company should choose cooperative innovation as the main mode and independent innovation as the auxiliary model at the present stage. Then, this paper discusses the implementation strategy Dr company should take under the new technology innovation mode, and formulates the operation mode and organization structure of Dr company under the new technology innovation mode. It is pointed out that Dr can only be implemented in five key points to ensure the success of Dr in the new technological innovation mode. Finally, this paper summarizes the research, and puts forward the shortcomings of the research.
