【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,創(chuàng)新是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的基本特征。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新可以為企業(yè)源源不斷地提供動(dòng)力,提升企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。DR公司認(rèn)識(shí)到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,從2012年加大了產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的投入,雖然技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有了一定的提升,但是因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇的不合理,導(dǎo)致DR公司在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)上投入大而收益小。因此,DR公司需結(jié)合實(shí)際情況來(lái)選擇合適的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式以促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。首先,本文對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的理論進(jìn)行了綜述。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,定義了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新概念和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程,歸納了目前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的普遍分類(lèi),即自主創(chuàng)新、模仿創(chuàng)新和合作創(chuàng)新三種模式,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇的方法進(jìn)行了分析,為DR公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇模型的構(gòu)建提供了理論依據(jù)。其次,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)DR公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為DR公司存在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新決策缺乏科學(xué)性、研發(fā)能力薄弱、研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足等問(wèn)題,總結(jié)出DR公司目前選擇的自主創(chuàng)新技術(shù)模式同企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況不匹配。再次,在理論研究和DR公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇的內(nèi)、外部影響因素進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),建立了DR公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式選擇影響因素指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用層次分析法和TOPSIS法對(duì)DR公司要選擇的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式進(jìn)行求解,提出DR公司現(xiàn)階段應(yīng)選擇以合作創(chuàng)新為主,自主創(chuàng)新為輔的模式。之后,本文對(duì)DR公司在新的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式下應(yīng)采取的實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行論述,制定了DR公司在新技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式下的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和組織架構(gòu),并明確指出了DR公司只有在五個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)上切實(shí)執(zhí)行才能保障DR公司在新技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式下的成功。最后,對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出研究中的不足之處。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, innovation is the basic characteristic of modern enterprises. Technological innovation can provide a continuous source of power for enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Dr recognizes the importance of technological innovation to the development of enterprises, and from 2012 increased investment in product research and development. Therefore, Dr Company should choose the appropriate technological innovation mode to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. First of all, this paper summarizes the related theories of technological innovation. This paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, defines the concept of technological innovation and the process of technological innovation, and sums up the general classification of technological innovation models by domestic scholars, namely independent innovation, imitation innovation and cooperative innovation. The selection method of technology innovation mode at home and abroad is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of technology innovation mode selection model of Dr Company. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the status quo of Dr company's technological innovation, and concludes that Dr company has some problems, such as lack of scientific decision-making, weak R & D ability, insufficient investment in R & D funds, etc. It is concluded that the independent innovation technology model selected by Dr Company does not match the actual situation of the enterprise. Thirdly, on the basis of the theoretical research and the analysis of the status quo of technology innovation in Dr Company, this paper summarizes the internal and external factors that affect the choice of technological innovation mode, and establishes the index system of the influencing factors for the selection of technological innovation mode of Dr Company. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS is used to solve the technological innovation mode chosen by Dr company. It is suggested that Dr company should choose cooperative innovation as the main mode and independent innovation as the auxiliary model at the present stage. Then, this paper discusses the implementation strategy Dr company should take under the new technology innovation mode, and formulates the operation mode and organization structure of Dr company under the new technology innovation mode. It is pointed out that Dr can only be implemented in five key points to ensure the success of Dr in the new technological innovation mode. Finally, this paper summarizes the research, and puts forward the shortcomings of the research.
