【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是與制造業(yè)具有直接聯(lián)系的服務(wù)業(yè)，是制造業(yè)的配套產(chǎn)業(yè)，隨著社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)分工的不斷細(xì)化，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)逐漸從制造業(yè)內(nèi)部脫離出來，發(fā)展成為具有獨(dú)立形態(tài)的服務(wù)行業(yè)。由西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程來看：生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中起到了舉足輕重的作用，有效提升了西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平，同時(shí)對(duì)于制造業(yè)的發(fā)展意義重大。隨著國(guó)家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施，重慶作為西部中心城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度迅猛，在各項(xiàng)政策的引導(dǎo)下，一大批東部沿海企業(yè)向內(nèi)陸遷移。此外重慶作為內(nèi)陸出口商品加工基地、國(guó)家重要現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)基地、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地以及長(zhǎng)江上游科研成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地，具有雄厚的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和很強(qiáng)的綜合配套能力。人力資本和知識(shí)資本是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的主要投入品，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)將人力資本和知識(shí)資本通過服務(wù)的形式提供給制造業(yè)，對(duì)于提高制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率具有很好的促進(jìn)作用，是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。研究目前重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的影響，有助于了解重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展情況及與制造業(yè)之間存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)，從中找出在促進(jìn)制造業(yè)乃至重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題，對(duì)理清重慶生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路具有重要意義。 通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)之間四種作用機(jī)制的描述，反映出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)之間存在的密切關(guān)系，運(yùn)用格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)，，檢驗(yàn)重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的變化是否是引起制造業(yè)變化的原因。運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出分析法對(duì)2010年重慶市投入產(chǎn)出表進(jìn)行中間需求率、中間投入率、影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù)的測(cè)度，綜合分析重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。通過二次平滑指數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)法對(duì)重慶生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)重慶市進(jìn)一步發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Producer service industry is the service industry which has direct relation with manufacturing industry. It is the supporting industry of manufacturing industry. With the continuous refinement of socialized large-scale production division, producer service industry is gradually separated from the manufacturing industry. To develop into an independent form of service industry. From the view of the process of industrial development in western developed countries: producer services play a pivotal role in the whole process of economic development, effectively improve the level of economic development of western developed countries, and at the same time, it is of great significance to the development of manufacturing industry. With the implementation of the western development strategy, Chongqing, as a central city in the western region, is developing rapidly. Under the guidance of various policies, a large number of eastern coastal enterprises migrate inland. In addition, Chongqing, as a processing base for inland export commodities, an important national modern manufacturing base, a high-tech industrial base and an industrialization base for scientific research achievements in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, has a strong industrial base and a strong comprehensive supporting capacity. Human capital and knowledge capital are the main inputs of producer services. Producer services provide human capital and knowledge capital to the manufacturing industry through the form of services, which can promote the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry. Is a key link in the process of national economic development. The study of the impact of producer services on the development of manufacturing industry in Chongqing is helpful to understand the development of producer services in Chongqing and the industrial relationship between producer services and manufacturing industries. It is of great significance to find out the problems encountered in the process of promoting the development of manufacturing industry and even Chongqing's economy, which is of great significance to clarify the development of Chongqing's producer service industry. Through the description of the four mechanisms of action between producer services and manufacturing industry, it reflects the close relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry, and applies the Granger causality test. To test whether the change of producer service industry in Chongqing is the cause of the change of manufacturing industry. This paper uses input-output analysis method to measure the intermediate demand rate, intermediate input rate, influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient of Chongqing's input-output table in 2010, and comprehensively analyzes the influence of producer service industry on the development of manufacturing industry in Chongqing. The future development of producer services in Chongqing is forecasted by quadratic smoothing index forecast method. According to the results of empirical analysis, combined with the experience of developed countries and regions in the development of producer services, this paper puts forward policy recommendations for the further development of producer services in Chongqing.
