【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)開始進(jìn)入由“工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)”主導(dǎo)向“服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)”主導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新階段。隨著科技進(jìn)步、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工深化及管理模式的改變,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)已成為現(xiàn)代化程度和城市文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志,是拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要新興產(chǎn)業(yè)力量。在我國,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)還處于起步階段。因此,通過大力引進(jìn)發(fā)達(dá)國家成熟的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)項目以更好地促進(jìn)我國現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,已成為一項重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和有效的途徑。 現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)項目的引進(jìn),不僅需要考慮本地的實際需求與承載能力,還必須深入思考上述產(chǎn)業(yè)與已有產(chǎn)業(yè)的有機(jī)融合及其對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的促進(jìn)作用。對上述引進(jìn)項目的評估,應(yīng)該充分考慮到現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的基本特征、發(fā)展規(guī)律及其對相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,從系統(tǒng)性動態(tài)發(fā)展和演變過程的角度,探索更加全面、科學(xué)和有效的評估方法。 本文在綜合國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合所從事相關(guān)引進(jìn)項目評估的實踐經(jīng)驗,運用廣義生態(tài)群落理論對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)群落的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、運行機(jī)制和發(fā)展演替過程作了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)項目的引進(jìn)應(yīng)該有利于構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)群落結(jié)構(gòu)、形成具有動態(tài)適應(yīng)性機(jī)制的生態(tài)鏈,并促使整個群落朝著頂級群落方向發(fā)展的重要觀點。基于上述觀點,本文進(jìn)一步對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)引進(jìn)項目的評估方法及其實際應(yīng)用作了創(chuàng)新性研究,并通過實際案例對上述方法的正確性與有效性給出了實證分析。本文的研究成果對于相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的引進(jìn)項目評估具有重要參考與借鑒意義。 本文共分七章：第一章為研究背景、文獻(xiàn)綜述與論文框架介紹；第二章分析了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征；第三章闡述了傳統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)引進(jìn)項目的評估方法及其所存在的問題；第四章,通過理論研究,為基于生態(tài)群落的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)引進(jìn)項目評估方法提供理論指導(dǎo)依據(jù)；第五章,結(jié)合前文的研究成果,提出基于生態(tài)群落的引進(jìn)項目評估方法；第六章,對基于生態(tài)群落的引進(jìn)項目的評估方法進(jìn)行實證分析；最后,提出結(jié)論及未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the global industrial structure has begun to enter a new stage of industrial economic development from "industrial economy" to "service economy". With the progress of science and technology, the deepening of industrial division and the change of management mode, modern service industry has become an important symbol of modernization and urban civilization progress, and an important emerging industrial force to stimulate economic growth. In China, the modern service industry is still in its infancy. Therefore, it has become an important strategy and an effective way to promote the development of modern service industry in China by introducing mature modern service industry projects in developed countries. The introduction of modern service industry projects not only needs to consider the actual local demand and carrying capacity, but also must consider the organic integration of these industries with the existing industries and its role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. The evaluation of the above introduced projects should take fully into account the basic characteristics of the modern service industry, the law of development and its impact on the related industries, and explore a more comprehensive approach from the perspective of the systematic and dynamic development and evolution process. Scientific and effective assessment methods. On the basis of synthesizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the practical experience of the evaluation of the relevant imported projects, this paper applies the generalized ecological community theory to the basic structure of the modern service industry ecological community. The operation mechanism and development succession process are studied. On this basis, it is proposed that the introduction of modern service industry projects should be conducive to the construction and optimization of the related industrial community structure, to form an ecological chain with dynamic adaptive mechanism, and to promote the development of the whole community towards the top community. Based on the above viewpoint, this paper further studies the evaluation method and its practical application of the introduction project of modern service industry, and gives an empirical analysis of the correctness and effectiveness of the above method through practical cases. The research results of this paper have important reference and significance for the evaluation of the imported projects of related industrial parks. This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the research background, the literature review and the introduction of the paper framework, the second chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of modern service industry, the structure of the industrial chain and the characteristics of industrial development. The third chapter expounds the traditional evaluation method of modern service industry introduction project and its existing problems; the fourth chapter, through the theoretical research, provides the theoretical guidance for the modern service industry introduction project evaluation method based on ecological community; the fifth chapter, Combined with the previous research results, this paper puts forward the evaluation method of the introduction project based on ecological community; chapter 6, the empirical analysis of the evaluation method of the introduction project based on the ecological community; finally, puts forward the conclusions and future research prospects.
