【摘要】：正生活性服務(wù)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是不斷深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),也是直接服務(wù)人民群眾生活的民生產(chǎn)業(yè),直接關(guān)乎人民群眾的衣食住行,關(guān)乎穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、促就業(yè)、惠民生大局。促進(jìn)生活性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,是保障和改善民生、提高人民群眾生活品質(zhì)的有效手段,也是立足首都功能核心區(qū)功能定位、做好首都"四個(gè)服務(wù)"應(yīng)有之義。近年來,北京市西城區(qū)以建設(shè)國(guó)際一流的和諧宜居之都為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以提高群眾生活
[Abstract]:The living and living service industry is the basic industry of the national economy, an important industry that continuously deepens the structural reform on the supply side, and is also a livelihood industry that directly serves the life of the people.
