高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的體制機制創(chuàng)新研究——以安徽省為例
[Abstract]:High-tech service industry has become the inevitable choice for the adjustment of industrial structure, the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of innovative provinces. Compared with the developed regions of high-tech service industry in China, Anhui has a big gap in both scale and quality. The paper points out that innovating the system mechanism, speeding up the development of high-tech service industry, taking the reform of system and mechanism as the motive point, making great efforts to promote the "three innovations" of industrial development, taking the industrial transformation and development as the key point, To extend the "three major chains" of industrial development; to focus on building the "three major carriers" of industrial development with the support of agglomeration and development as the breakthrough point; and to take innovation and development as the breakthrough point, "three mechanisms" to guide the development of industry, and to perfect the "three major policies" of industry with the preferential system of finance and taxation as the incentive point.
