【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),可以為社會經(jīng)濟活動提供裝備支持,是社會經(jīng)濟綜合實力的根基。在經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展的今天,裝備制造業(yè)需要通過"裝備+服務(wù)"的形式進行融合,以此提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的綜合競爭力,而裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的扶持。因此,裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的互動融合,成為新的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨勢。構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動融合系統(tǒng),是保證兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)有效融合的必然條件,其可以完善兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)的組織關(guān)系,營造良好的外部環(huán)境,促進兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)高效、正確的互動融合。在這一前提下,本文通過對兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)研究文獻進行梳理,歸納出兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合的哲學(xué)動因是市場需求,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和市場競爭,并分析了融合過程。確認互動融合系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部要素是裝備制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),定量分析了互動融合系統(tǒng)的外部要素有經(jīng)濟環(huán)境要素、技術(shù)環(huán)境要素、政策環(huán)境要素要素、輔助資源要素,認為互動融合系統(tǒng)受內(nèi)部外部環(huán)境因素影響。根據(jù)對系統(tǒng)的分析結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的目的和功能從水平界面、垂直界面和跨層次界面三個方面分析了互動融合系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),裝備制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動融合系統(tǒng)是以裝備制造業(yè)為中心,多要素共同鏈接的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),具有復(fù)雜性、拓展性、層次性和自組織性等特征。依據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果,設(shè)計了互動融合系統(tǒng)的運行模式和運行過程,構(gòu)建促進兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)互動融合的理論體系,并提出維護系統(tǒng)有序運行的對策和建議,對吉林省裝備制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展做出了實證分析。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic industry of national economy, which can provide equipment support for social and economic activities, and is the foundation of the comprehensive strength of social economy. With the development of economic globalization, the equipment manufacturing industry needs to be integrated in the form of "equipment service" in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise products, and the development of equipment manufacturing industry needs the support of producer services. Therefore, the interactive integration of equipment manufacturing and producer services has become a new trend of economic development. Constructing a scientific and reasonable interactive fusion system between equipment manufacturing and producer services is the necessary condition to ensure the effective integration of the two industries. It can improve the organizational relationship between the two industries and create a good external environment. Promote efficient and correct interaction and integration between the two industries. Based on this premise, this paper summarizes that the philosophical motivation of the integration of the two industries is market demand, technological innovation and market competition, and analyzes the process of integration by combing the relevant research documents of the two industries. Recognizing that the internal elements of the interactive fusion system are the equipment manufacturing industry and producer services, and quantitatively analyzing the external elements of the interactive integration system, including the economic environment, the technological environment, the policy environment and the auxiliary resources, It is believed that the interactive fusion system is affected by internal and external environmental factors. According to the analysis of the system and the purpose and function of the system, the system structure of the interactive fusion system is analyzed from three aspects: horizontal interface, vertical interface and cross-layer interface. The interactive fusion system between equipment manufacturing and producer service industry is a complex network structure with the equipment manufacturing industry as the center and many elements linked together. It has the characteristics of complexity, expansibility, hierarchy and self-organization. Based on the above analysis results, this paper designs the operation mode and operation process of the interactive fusion system, constructs the theoretical system to promote the interactive integration of the two industries, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to maintain the orderly operation of the system. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the development of equipment manufacturing and producer services in Jilin Province.
