【摘要】：進入新世紀以來,加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式成為當今世界的主題。在這轉(zhuǎn)變過程中,現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展占據(jù)了主導作用�，F(xiàn)代服務業(yè)已成為衡量各個國家和城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平高低的重要指標之一。十七大報告明確表明,加快現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展是加快經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變方式、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的首要任務。在當前這種經(jīng)濟形勢下,現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的興旺已代表著一個國家和城市新型工業(yè)化、專業(yè)化的重要標志之一 本文以經(jīng)濟學、統(tǒng)計學、管理學等理論為指導,以邯鄲現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展為主線,在廣泛調(diào)查研究的基礎上,吸取了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展研究的前沿成果,全面系統(tǒng)地對邯鄲市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進行研究,找出邯鄲市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的實際問題,提出加快邯鄲市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)路線。論文首先界定了現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的內(nèi)涵,探討了現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的分類,并分析了國內(nèi)外典型地區(qū)現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展途徑。然后,在此基礎上,分析了邯鄲現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過建立現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)評價指標體系,運用因子分析法,評價了邯鄲現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)在國內(nèi)省市的競爭力。最后,對邯鄲現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)進行了詳細的SWOT分析,并在此基礎上提出了促進邯鄲現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)路線和策略。本文的研究成果為政府制定相關(guān)宏觀政策、行業(yè)政策和行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供依據(jù),推動邯鄲市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展,具有一定的經(jīng)濟和社會效應,為其它同類城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)提供一個借鑒的典范。
[Abstract]:In the new century, accelerating the transformation of economic development mode has become the theme of the world today. In the process of the transformation, the development of modern service industry has taken the leading role. The modern service industry has become one of the important indicators to measure the level of the economic development of every country and city. The seventeen major reports clearly show that the development of modern service industry will be accelerated. Exhibition is the primary task of speeding up the mode of economic transformation and optimizing the upgrading of industrial structure. Under the current economic situation, the prosperity of modern service industry has represented one of the important signs of a new industrialization and specialization of a country and a city.
Based on the theory of economics, statistics, management and so on, based on the development of modern service industry in Handan as the main line, on the basis of extensive investigation and research, this paper draws the frontier achievements of the research on modern service industry at home and abroad, comprehensively and systematically studies the present situation and development of modern service industry in Handan, and finds out the development of modern service industry in Handan. The actual problems existing in the exhibition and the technical route to accelerate the development of modern service industry in Handan are put forward. First, the paper defines the connotation of modern service industry, discusses the classification of modern service industry, and analyzes the development ways of modern service industry in typical areas at home and abroad. Then, on this basis, the present situation of modern service industry in Handan is analyzed, and the current situation of the service industry is analyzed. The evaluation index system of modern service industry is established and the competitiveness of Handan modern service industry in China is evaluated by means of factor analysis. Finally, the detailed SWOT analysis is carried out on the modern service industry in Handan. On this basis, the technical line and strategy to promote the development of modern service industry in Handan are put forward. The results of this paper are government system. It provides a basis for relevant macro policies, industry policies and industry development, and promotes the development of modern service industry in Handan. It has certain economic and social effects, and provides a model for other similar cities to develop modern service industry.
