【摘要】：上世紀(jì)80年代以來，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸從工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)向服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變，服務(wù)業(yè)日漸成為世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要引擎。服務(wù)業(yè)集聚能夠使得交易成本降低，創(chuàng)新環(huán)境得到改善，生產(chǎn)效率得到提升，激勵方式得到改進(jìn)，同時，還創(chuàng)造出信息、專業(yè)化制度、區(qū)域品牌等效益，集聚產(chǎn)生的效應(yīng)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著深刻影響，服務(wù)業(yè)集聚已成為全球知識經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下的普遍經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，也是提升服務(wù)業(yè)國際競爭力的重要手段和方式。 長三角地區(qū)有著獨特的資源優(yōu)勢、歷史文化優(yōu)勢等，是我國服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展時間較長、發(fā)展業(yè)態(tài)較成熟的地域。隨著長三角地區(qū)加速推進(jìn)工業(yè)化、逐步完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、加快城市化發(fā)展進(jìn)度、提升人民收入、擴(kuò)大對外開放程度，長三角服務(wù)業(yè)實現(xiàn)了加速集聚化發(fā)展，服務(wù)業(yè)集聚帶來的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)日益顯著。本文對長三角地區(qū)的服務(wù)業(yè)集聚展開研究，對長三角地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的水平進(jìn)行實證分析，研究長三角地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)，以期為長三角地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑選擇提供具體可操作的基本思路，，為政府決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 本文在對現(xiàn)有研究成果進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了分析長三角地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的研究框架。 首先，對服務(wù)業(yè)集聚、集聚效應(yīng)等的概念進(jìn)行了界定，對服務(wù)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理、作用方式等進(jìn)行了分析，為后文的進(jìn)一步分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 然后，對長三角服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚水平進(jìn)行測度。在分析長三角地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚條件和集聚模式的基礎(chǔ)上，分別利用區(qū)位熵、集中系數(shù)、空間基尼系數(shù)對長三角兩省一市的服務(wù)業(yè)集聚程度進(jìn)行了測度，為進(jìn)一步分析提供了現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)支持。 接下來，在搜集整理數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行長三角服務(wù)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的模型構(gòu)建與實證研究。構(gòu)建衡量長三角服務(wù)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)的模型，從廣義和狹義兩個角度分別構(gòu)建模型并進(jìn)行實證分析。 最后，總結(jié)實證研究結(jié)論，并根據(jù)實證結(jié)果提出推動長三角服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的針對性政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the global economy has gradually changed from the industrial economy to the service-oriented economy, and the service industry has become an important engine of economic growth in the world. The agglomeration of service industry can reduce transaction cost, improve innovation environment, improve production efficiency, improve incentive mode, and create benefits such as information, specialized system, regional brand, etc. The effect of agglomeration has a profound impact on the development of regional economy. Service agglomeration has become a universal economic phenomenon under the background of global knowledge economy, and it is also an important means and means to enhance the international competitiveness of service industry. The Yangtze River Delta region, with its unique resource advantages and historical and cultural advantages, is a mature region for the development of the service industry in China. As the Yangtze River Delta region accelerates industrialization, gradually improves infrastructure, speeds up the development of urbanization, raises people's income, and expands the degree of opening to the outside world, the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta has achieved accelerated agglomeration. All kinds of economic effects brought by service agglomeration are becoming more and more obvious. In this paper, the service industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region is studied, and the level of the service industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region is empirically analyzed, and the economic effect of the service industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region is studied. The aim is to provide practical basic ideas for the development of service industry in Yangtze River Delta, and to provide scientific basis for government decision-making. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper constructs a research framework to analyze the agglomeration effect of service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region. First of all, the concept of service agglomeration and agglomeration effect are defined, and the mechanism and mode of service agglomeration effect are analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for further analysis. Then, the paper measures the agglomeration level of the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta. On the basis of analyzing the agglomeration conditions and the agglomeration mode of the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, the paper measures the service industry agglomeration degree of two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta by using location entropy, concentration coefficient and spatial Gini coefficient, respectively. It provides practical basis and data support for further analysis. Then, on the basis of collecting and collating the data, the model construction and empirical research on the agglomeration effect of service industry in Yangtze River Delta are carried out. This paper constructs a model to measure the agglomeration effect of service industry in the Yangtze River Delta, builds the model from the broad sense and narrow sense, and makes an empirical analysis. Finally, the conclusion of the empirical research is summarized, and based on the empirical results, the targeted policy recommendations to promote the development of the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta are put forward.
