【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的關(guān)系正變得日益密切,許多學(xué)者通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)前者對后者具有促進(jìn)和帶動作用。近年來東部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服業(yè)發(fā)展很快，但區(qū)域內(nèi)不同省份之間生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平是不平衡的，其對制造業(yè)競爭力的提升作用也存在著差異，且整體上發(fā)展仍較為滯后，這在一定程度上制約了該地區(qū)制造業(yè)效率的提升。本文從生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動機(jī)理以及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)提升制造業(yè)效率的途徑機(jī)制出發(fā)，根據(jù)當(dāng)前東部地區(qū)九省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)各自的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對制造業(yè)效率的提升效應(yīng)進(jìn)行理論分析和實(shí)證研究。在實(shí)證分析部分，，本文運(yùn)用逐步分析法對東部地區(qū)各省制造業(yè)效率水平進(jìn)行比較。理論分析和實(shí)證結(jié)果表明，東部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的動力來自于制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化，目前該地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好，但從整體上看發(fā)展水平還不高，它對提升制造業(yè)競爭力起到了一定作用，但是這種作用比較有限。根據(jù)這些結(jié)果我們認(rèn)為是服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、工業(yè)化程度、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等內(nèi)在因素和市場需求、體制政策、對外開放程度等外在因素導(dǎo)致了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對制造業(yè)提升作用存在差異，并從加強(qiáng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作、構(gòu)建和完善信息平臺、推動生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、大力培養(yǎng)行業(yè)人才、進(jìn)一步引入市場機(jī)制等幾方面提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry is becoming more and more close. Many scholars find that the former can promote and lead the latter. In recent years, the productive service industry in the eastern region has developed rapidly, but the development level of producer service industry among different provinces in the region is unbalanced, and its role in promoting the competitiveness of manufacturing industry is also different, and the overall development is still lagging behind. This restricted the efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the region to a certain extent. Based on the interactive mechanism between producer services and manufacturing industry and the mechanism of how producer services can improve manufacturing efficiency, according to the current development situation of producer services and manufacturing industry in nine provinces of eastern China, this paper analyzes the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry. This paper makes theoretical analysis and empirical research on the effect of producer services on manufacturing efficiency. In the part of empirical analysis, this paper compares the efficiency level of manufacturing industry in eastern provinces with stepwise analysis. The theoretical analysis and empirical results show that the motive force for the development of producer services in eastern China comes from the continuous optimization of manufacturing industry structure. At present, the development situation of producer services in this region is good, but the overall level of development is not high. It has played a certain role in improving the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, but this role is relatively limited. According to these results, we think it is internal factors, such as the level of service industry development, the degree of industrialization, the industrial structure, and market demand, as well as institutional policies. External factors such as the degree of opening to the outside world have led to differences in the role of producer services in the promotion of manufacturing, and from strengthening regional economic cooperation, building and perfecting information platforms, promoting innovation of producer services, and vigorously training industry talents. The further introduction of market mechanism and other aspects of the policy recommendations.
