北京星級旅游飯店人力資源現(xiàn)狀及提升對策研究

【摘要】:伴隨著改革開放的不斷深化,社會環(huán)境發(fā)生巨大變化,經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢日益加快,國際競爭日益激烈,同時,知識經(jīng)濟得到高速發(fā)展,知識成為極其重要的資源,現(xiàn)代科學技術進展迅猛,因此需要依靠人對知識和科技進行不斷創(chuàng)新,這一切的發(fā)展使對人才的重視程度和需求量達到一個新的高度。根據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理科學理論,對于一個企業(yè)最重要的有四種資源,那就是人力、財力、物力以及信息四大資源。其中,最重要最寶貴的資源非人力資源莫屬,而其它三種資源可由人力資源轉化而得。近年來我國的旅游業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,取得了前所未有的矚目成就,我國如今已經(jīng)擁有全球規(guī)模最大的旅游市場,初步建成了現(xiàn)代化的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模在世界上已居于前列,實現(xiàn)了從旅游資源大國向世界旅游大國的轉變。北京作為中國的首都,其旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展必是處于我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的前列,隨著改革開放腳步的不斷加快,北京市旅游業(yè)有了很大的發(fā)展,旅游飯店企業(yè)作為旅游行業(yè)的一個重要組成部分正面臨著各種機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。北京旅游飯店業(yè)在發(fā)展的進程當中逐漸轉型:形式上由單一型轉向多元型、性質上由接待型轉向效益型、規(guī)模由國內型轉向國際型,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和比較完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系已經(jīng)逐漸形成,在各個區(qū)縣都發(fā)展了知名的飯店品牌,成為首都改革開放和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要窗口。但是不得不承認,在迅猛發(fā)展的同時,旅游飯店業(yè)人力資源管理方面許多問題都亟待解決。 本文通過文獻資料分析法、抽樣調查分析法、相關人員訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析法等對北京市旅游飯店人力資源現(xiàn)狀進行調研,在對北京旅游星級飯店進行抽樣調查統(tǒng)計的基礎上,分析統(tǒng)計了旅游飯店企業(yè)中不同部門、不同水平級別和職位的從業(yè)人員的年齡、性別、學歷、外語水平、職稱結構、工作年限等方面研究人力資源隊伍構成現(xiàn)狀。在分析人力資源隊伍的基礎上,評價及衡量北京旅游飯店業(yè)的整體人力資源情況,提出問題并分析其存在的原因,以提高旅游飯店業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)意識,樹立新的人才培養(yǎng)理念,為北京旅游飯店業(yè)人力資源管理的更進一步發(fā)展提供對策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the social environment, the trend of economic globalization is accelerating day by day, and the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. At the same time, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes an extremely important resource. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, it is necessary to rely on human beings to innovate continuously on knowledge and science and technology. The development of all these makes the attention and demand of talents to a new height. According to the theory of modern management science, there are four most important resources for an enterprise, that is, human, financial, material and information resources. Among them, the most important and most valuable resources are human resources, while the other three resources can be converted from human resources. In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed at a rapid pace and achieved unprecedented achievements. China now has the largest tourism market in the world and has initially built a modern tourism industry system. The development scale of tourism has been in the forefront of the world, which has realized the transformation from a large country of tourism resources to a large country of tourism in the world. As the capital of China, the development of Beijing's tourism industry must be in the forefront of the development of tourism in China. With the continuous acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up, Beijing's tourism industry has made great progress. As an important part of tourism industry, tourist hotel enterprises are facing various opportunities and challenges. In the process of development, the tourism hotel industry in Beijing has gradually transformed from single type to pluralistic type, from reception type to efficiency type, and from domestic type to international type. The industrial scale and the relatively perfect industrial system have gradually formed, in each district and county has developed the well-known hotel brand, has become the capital reform and opening up and the economic development important window. However, it has to be acknowledged that, with the rapid development, many problems in human resource management of tourism hotel industry are urgently needed to be solved. This paper investigates the present situation of human resources of tourism hotels in Beijing through literature analysis, sample investigation, interview with related personnel, mathematical statistics and so on. On the basis of sampling survey of tourist star hotels in Beijing, this paper analyzed and counted the age, sex, academic background, foreign language level, professional title structure of employees in different departments, different levels and positions of tourism hotel enterprises. Working years and other aspects of the study of human resources team composition. On the basis of analyzing the human resource team, this paper evaluates and measures the overall human resource situation of the tourism hotel industry in Beijing, puts forward the problems and analyzes the reasons for its existence, so as to raise the awareness of the development of human resources in the tourism hotel industry. To establish a new concept of talent training, and to provide countermeasures for the further development of human resource management in Beijing tourism hotel industry.
