【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是近年來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展程度的高低、發(fā)展速度的快慢將直接影響地區(qū)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體水平。山東省作為東部沿海地區(qū)重要省份，加快推動(dòng)其生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展將有利于帶動(dòng)地區(qū)就業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和提升區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。因此，對(duì)加快推進(jìn)山東生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，本文的研究在這樣的基礎(chǔ)上展開。 在研究方法上，本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)證分析法、比較分析法、數(shù)理分析法等具體研究方法，并且在研究過(guò)程中注意堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是。在總體結(jié)構(gòu)上，包括引言在內(nèi)本文主要有五個(gè)部分，分別介紹了選題的背景意義及研究現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論、山東加快發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的重要意義及有利條件、山東生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體狀況和相關(guān)對(duì)策建議等等。本文認(rèn)為，當(dāng)前山東生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨難得的機(jī)遇，已具備許多有利條件，并且業(yè)已取得了眾多顯著的發(fā)展成果。與此同時(shí)，當(dāng)前山東生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展也面臨一些突出問(wèn)題，比如發(fā)展速度還相對(duì)滯后等。為了便于充分分析論證，，本文運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)資料將山東省與江蘇、浙江、廣東等省份的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析與比較研究，這一部分內(nèi)容也是本文的研究重點(diǎn)所在。另外，在本文的對(duì)策建議部分，同時(shí)還提出了一個(gè)山東生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的“濟(jì)南——青島”生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)點(diǎn)軸布局模式，這也可視為本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一。 在最后結(jié)束部分，本文對(duì)全部的研究過(guò)程進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)，并指出了研究中存在的不足之處以及未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Producer service is a hot area of economic development in recent years and an important part of tertiary industry. The level of producer service development and the speed of development will directly affect the overall level of regional national economy. As an important province in the eastern coastal region, Shandong Province will accelerate the development of its producer services, which will help to promote regional employment and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, promote regional economic growth and enhance regional competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the issues related to accelerating the development of producer service industry in Shandong Province, and the research of this paper is carried out on this basis. In terms of research methods, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, mathematical analysis and so on, and insists on seeking truth from facts in the course of research. In the overall structure, including the introduction, this paper mainly has five parts. It introduces the background significance and research status of the topic, the relevant theories of producer services, the significance and favorable conditions of accelerating the development of producer services in Shandong Province. Shandong producer services development of the overall situation and relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This paper holds that the development of producer services in Shandong is faced with a rare opportunity and has many favorable conditions, and has made many remarkable achievements. At the same time, the current development of producer services in Shandong also faces some outstanding problems, such as the pace of development is lagging behind. In order to make full analysis and demonstration, this paper makes a detailed analysis and comparative study on the development of producer services in Shandong Province, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other provinces by using the data, which is also the focus of this paper. In addition, in the part of countermeasures and suggestions of this paper, we also put forward a "Jinan-Qingdao" producer service point axis layout model for the development of producer services in Shandong Province, which can also be regarded as one of the innovative points of this paper. In the last part, this paper summarizes the whole research process, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the research direction in the future.
