【摘要】：企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是企業(yè)進(jìn)行發(fā)展和生存的必須工具。在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展過程中也存在了多種多樣理論和現(xiàn)實實踐來印證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的必要性,在這種戰(zhàn)略管理的必要性形成的過程中,尋找適當(dāng)?shù)倪m合某一企業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理,是幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)步的重要方式。本文在充分調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,結(jié)合”老來樂”社區(qū)養(yǎng)老有限公司的現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)的研究老來樂社區(qū)養(yǎng)老有限公司的總體經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。首先通過PEST分析法及波特五種力量模型對老來樂公司的外部宏觀環(huán)境和外部微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行全面的分析,然后從企業(yè)資源、企業(yè)文化和企業(yè)能力方面,分析老來樂的內(nèi)部經(jīng)營環(huán)境,通過SWOT分析模型對老來樂社區(qū)養(yǎng)老有限公司的整體戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行定位,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,制定出了“密集型發(fā)展,全方位經(jīng)營”的增長型總體經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,并從公司人力資源的優(yōu)化、公司管理制度的保障、政府政策支持的深入方面,提出了保障戰(zhàn)略實施的具體措施。
[Abstract]:Strategic management is an essential tool for the development and survival of enterprises. In the course of the development of enterprise strategic management, there are many kinds of theories and practical practices to confirm the necessity of enterprise strategic management, and in the process of forming the necessity of this kind of strategic management, It is an important way to help an enterprise to make progress by looking for appropriate strategic management. On the basis of full investigation and research, this paper makes a systematic study on the overall management strategy of Laolaile Community Pension Co., Ltd., based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and the present situation of Laolaile Community Pension Co., Ltd. First of all, through pest analysis and Porter's five force models, the external macro environment and external micro environment of Laolaile Company are comprehensively analyzed, and then from the aspects of enterprise resources, corporate culture and enterprise capability, Analyzing the internal management environment of Laolaile, positioning the whole strategy of Laolaile Community Pension Co., Ltd through SWOT analysis model, making use of the theory of enterprise strategic management to formulate the "intensive development". From the aspects of optimization of company human resources, guarantee of company management system, and deepening of government policy support, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
