【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異問題關(guān)系著國民社會經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。服務(wù)業(yè)既是市場經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是經(jīng)濟全球化的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平是決定現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度的衡量標準,大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)是調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的必然要求。近年來,吉林省十分重視服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,總體上來看,吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)增加值逐年提高,在整個國民經(jīng)濟中覆蓋的領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,新興的服務(wù)業(yè)態(tài)與產(chǎn)品不斷涌現(xiàn),現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了長足的進步,服務(wù)業(yè)對整體經(jīng)濟增長的拉動作用也顯著增強。然而目前由于各個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和工業(yè)化程度不同,加之其他一些因素,造成了省內(nèi)各地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展差異較大,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡。如何縮小吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)域差異,探討區(qū)域經(jīng)濟更加健康發(fā)展的路徑與對策,對促進東北老工業(yè)基地的振興與經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。本文以吉林省服務(wù)行業(yè)為研究對象,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異、服務(wù)業(yè)等基本概念與相關(guān)理論著手,從服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域差異與區(qū)域差異影響等方面進行理論辨析,研究吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景及態(tài)勢,并運用吉林省各行業(yè)稅收數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù),通過泰爾指數(shù)分析各服務(wù)行業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展差異,找出服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)域差異的趨勢,并對影響吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)域差異的因素進行探討,提出了進一步促進吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The regional economic difference is related to the coordinated and sustainable development of the national social economy. Service industry is not only the basic industry of market economy, but also the leading industry of economic globalization. The level of development of service industry is the standard to determine the degree of economic development in modern society, and the development of service industry is to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. The inevitable requirement of speeding up the transformation of economic development mode. In recent years, Jilin Province attaches great importance to the development of the service industry. On the whole, the added value of the service industry in Jilin Province has been increasing year by year, and the fields covered in the whole national economy have been continuously expanded, and emerging service formats and products have been emerging. The modern service industry has made great progress, and the role of the service industry in the overall economic growth has also been significantly enhanced. However, due to the different levels of economic development and industrialization in different regions, together with some other factors, there are great differences in the development of service industry in various regions of the province, and regional economic development is not balanced. How to narrow the regional difference of service industry development in Jilin Province and probe into the path and countermeasures of more healthy development of regional economy play an important role in promoting the revitalization of northeast old industrial base and the sustainable development of economy. This paper takes the service industry of Jilin Province as the research object, starting with the basic concepts and related theories of industrial structure, regional economic difference, service industry, and so on, and making theoretical analysis from the regional difference of service industry and the influence of regional difference. This paper studies the background and situation of service industry development in Jilin Province, and analyzes the regional development difference of service industry by using tax data and related economic data of Jilin Province, and finds out the trend of regional difference in service industry development. The factors influencing the regional difference of service industry development in Jilin Province are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the regional development of service industry in Jilin Province are put forward.
