中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的空間關(guān)系

【摘要】:基于Venables(1996)的理論模型,本文建立了由生產(chǎn)成本、貿(mào)易成本及消費(fèi)支出決定的產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位模型,并采用中國大陸274個(gè)地級以上城市2004~2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù),對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的空間關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。研究表明,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)具有不同的空間分布動(dòng)力機(jī)制,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)主要在區(qū)域性中心城市集聚,而制造業(yè)主要在沿海地區(qū)中心城市周邊集聚,二者在城市內(nèi)部的空間分布具有擠出效應(yīng)。接近生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)可以解釋制造業(yè)的區(qū)位,但生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的區(qū)位并不以接近制造業(yè)為動(dòng)機(jī)。制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)貿(mào)易成本的降低,促進(jìn)了各自的集聚。制造業(yè)貿(mào)易成本的降低增強(qiáng)了周邊地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對制造業(yè)的吸引力,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)貿(mào)易成本的降低減弱了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對周邊地區(qū)制造業(yè)的排斥力,但是,貿(mào)易成本的降低并未打破反而增強(qiáng)了城市內(nèi)部二者的擠出效應(yīng)。物流業(yè)與制造業(yè)空間關(guān)系的突出特點(diǎn)是隨著交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件的改善,城市內(nèi)部物流業(yè)與制造業(yè)的排斥力在減弱。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical model of Venablesch 1996, this paper establishes an industrial location model which is determined by production cost, trade cost and consumption expenditure, and adopts the panel data of 274 cities above prefectural level in mainland China from 2004 to 2010. The spatial relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry is studied empirically. The research shows that producer service industry and manufacturing industry have different spatial distribution dynamic mechanism, producer services mainly gather in regional central cities, while manufacturing industries mainly gather around coastal central cities. The spatial distribution of the two in the city has the effect of extrusion. Proximity to producer services can explain the location of manufacturing, but the location of producer services is not motivated by proximity to manufacturing. The reduction of trade cost of manufacturing and producer services promotes their respective agglomeration. The decrease of manufacturing trade cost increases the attractiveness of producer services to the manufacturing industry in the surrounding areas, and the lower trade cost of producer services weakens the repulsive power of producer services to the manufacturing industries in the surrounding areas. The reduction of trade cost has not broken but strengthened the extrusion effect of both in the city. The prominent characteristic of the spatial relationship between logistics industry and manufacturing industry is that the repulsive force between logistics industry and manufacturing industry is weakening with the improvement of transportation infrastructure.
