【摘要】：上世紀(jì)末以來,科技飛速進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程發(fā)展迅猛,許多國家開始由工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì),服務(wù)業(yè)增加值占GDP的比重不斷上升。自改革開放以來,上海市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)也持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),但其占GDP比重與發(fā)達(dá)國家的大都市相比,仍有著不小的差距,因此,研究上海第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第三產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)演變的過程,其實(shí)就是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)逐步取代傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)成為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門并且推動(dòng)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的過程。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的演變通過“主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)”和“結(jié)構(gòu)紅利”這兩個(gè)作用機(jī)制影響著第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)。 本文在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)上海市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況、趨勢(shì)和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)演變進(jìn)行了分析,并揭示了第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與其增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)聯(lián)程度及結(jié)構(gòu)演變對(duì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率,然后從第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與結(jié)構(gòu)合理化兩個(gè)角度來衡量結(jié)構(gòu)演變,利用計(jì)量模型,分析了第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變對(duì)其增長(zhǎng)的影響。本文的分析結(jié)果表明,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化程度提高和結(jié)構(gòu)合理化程度提高都對(duì)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)有正面推動(dòng)作用,且結(jié)構(gòu)合理化的推動(dòng)作用比結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化更大一些。本文最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出建議,上海市政府應(yīng)該首先重視第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化,在保證各部門協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,再積極推動(dòng)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化演變。
[Abstract]:Since the end of last century, with the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economic globalization, many countries begin to shift from industrial economy to service economy, and the proportion of added value of service industry to GDP is rising. Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry in Shanghai has continued to grow at a high speed, but its proportion in GDP is still not small compared with the metropolis in developed countries. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of the tertiary industry in Shanghai. The evolution of the internal structure of the tertiary industry is actually a process in which the modern service industry gradually replaces the traditional service industry as the leading industrial sector and promotes the growth of the tertiary industry. The evolution of the internal structure of the tertiary industry influences the growth of the tertiary industry through the two action mechanisms of "leading industry driving" and "structural dividend". Based on the theory of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the development situation, trend and internal structure of the tertiary industry in Shanghai. It also reveals the relationship between the tertiary industry structure and its growth and the contribution rate of the structure evolution to the growth, and then measures the structure evolution from the perspective of the tertiary industrial structure upgrading and the structure rationalization, and uses the econometric model. The influence of the evolution of tertiary industry structure on its growth is analyzed. The results of this paper show that the improvement of the tertiary industrial structure and the improvement of the structure rationalization have positive effects on the growth of the tertiary industry, and the promotion of the structure rationalization is more important than that of the structural upgrading. Finally, according to the research results, the author suggests that the Shanghai municipal government should first attach importance to the rationalization of the tertiary industry structure, ensure the coordinated development of the various departments, and then actively promote the tertiary industry structure development.
