【摘要】：養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的載體，是養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素之一，可以通過地理集中和養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的優(yōu)化，給個(gè)體發(fā)展的養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來所不具備的生產(chǎn)成本、資源獲取等優(yōu)勢(shì)。目前，國內(nèi)對(duì)養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的選址與功能布局還未進(jìn)行過詳細(xì)的優(yōu)化，存在園區(qū)選址不合理、園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)形式與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局不合理、園區(qū)重復(fù)建設(shè)等問題。因此對(duì)養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的選址與功能布局進(jìn)行全面細(xì)致的研究就顯得尤為重要。 本文立足于濟(jì)南市，以確定濟(jì)南市養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的選址與功能布局為目標(biāo)，對(duì)濟(jì)南市養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求、養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)選址影響因素與養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)各功能區(qū)的布局要求進(jìn)行全面的分析，并獲得一定的成果。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括： （1）在查閱、分析研究國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)、養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行了概念上的界定，并對(duì)濟(jì)南市養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀與市場(chǎng)需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。 （2）考慮園區(qū)選址的經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)、社會(huì)目標(biāo)與環(huán)境生態(tài)目標(biāo)，建立了濟(jì)南市養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)選址評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 （3）對(duì)選址方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，，采用層次分析法確定各選址方案權(quán)重，對(duì)園區(qū)選址方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比，優(yōu)選出了在華山片區(qū)建造養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的方案。 （4）對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)形式與功能布局進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究，對(duì)園區(qū)的道路與綠地系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步的布局。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of the development of the health industry, the Health Industry Park is one of the key factors in the development of the health industry. Resource acquisition and other advantages. At present, the location and functional layout of the health industry park has not been optimized in detail, there are some problems such as unreasonable site selection, unreasonable industrial form and industrial layout, repeated construction of the park, and so on. Therefore, it is very important to study the location and function layout of health industry park. Based on Jinan City, this paper aims to determine the location and functional layout of Jinan City Health Industry Park, the current situation of Jinan City health industry, health industry market demand, The factors affecting the location of the health industry park and the layout requirements of the functional areas of the health industry park were analyzed comprehensively and some achievements were obtained. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1) on the basis of consulting, analyzing and studying domestic and foreign literature, this paper defines the concept of health industry and health industry park, and investigates the present situation and market demand of health industry in Jinan. 2) considering the economic, social and ecological objectives of the site selection, an evaluation index system for the location of the park in Jinan is established. This paper analyzes the site selection scheme in detail, determines the weight of each location scheme by AHP, compares the site selection scheme of the park, and optimizes the scheme of constructing health preservation industry park in Huashan district. 4) the industrial form and function layout of the industrial park are studied in detail, and the road and green space system of the park are preliminarily laid out.
