外部組織整合與知識(shí)獲取對(duì)新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著服務(wù)業(yè)的迅速崛起及服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中地位的日漸提高,呈現(xiàn)出“經(jīng)濟(jì)的服務(wù)化”,服務(wù)業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和創(chuàng)新的重要性愈發(fā)凸顯。同時(shí),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈化和顧客需求的多樣化趨勢(shì)使服務(wù)的生命周期日漸縮短。新服務(wù)開發(fā)致力于對(duì)既有服務(wù)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)或創(chuàng)造新的服務(wù),以滿足顧客多樣化的需求,并幫助組織獲取多重利益。作為社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員,企業(yè)通過外部組織整合即不同組織之間的整合,整合包括供應(yīng)商、顧客及合作伙伴等擁有的多種有價(jià)資源,力圖突破自身資源有限性的束縛,實(shí)現(xiàn)新服務(wù)開發(fā)的快速化、針對(duì)性和精準(zhǔn)性。在此過程中,“服務(wù)的知識(shí)化”又促使企業(yè)利用內(nèi)外部的互補(bǔ)性知識(shí),縮短新服務(wù)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的周期、降低新服務(wù)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的成本。良好的外部組織整合或許能夠幫助企業(yè)通過外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)系獲取更多的資源、信息與知識(shí),但并不一定有充分的能力來吸收這些知識(shí),因此,還有必要考慮企業(yè)吸收能力的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文在服務(wù)科學(xué)視角下,基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和知識(shí)管理理論,在回顧國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)外部組織整合、知識(shí)獲取、吸收能力與新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效等相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討外部組織整合和知識(shí)獲取對(duì)新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效的影響,并進(jìn)一步考察吸收能力在該影響過程中的作用。本文以珠三角區(qū)域的服務(wù)企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,通過面上較大規(guī)模的問卷調(diào)研,運(yùn)用SPSS20.0和AMOS18.0等計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)工具對(duì)247份樣本企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)外部組織整合對(duì)新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效有正向影響關(guān)系;(2)外部組織整合對(duì)知識(shí)獲取有正向影響關(guān)系;(3)知識(shí)獲取對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有正向影響關(guān)系;(4)知識(shí)獲取在外部組織整合對(duì)新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效的影響起到部分存在中介效應(yīng);(5)吸收能力在知識(shí)獲取與新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效的關(guān)系中起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過對(duì)上述幾個(gè)問題的探討,挖掘出外部組織整合、知識(shí)獲取、吸收能力與及新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,將在一定程度上豐富我國服務(wù)科學(xué)特別新服務(wù)開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的研究,也為我國企業(yè)就如何通過外部組織整合和知識(shí)獲取提高新服務(wù)開發(fā)績(jī)效提供一定的借鑒與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of the service industry and the increasing status of the service economy in the national economy, there is a "service-oriented economy", and the importance of technological progress and innovation of the service industry becomes more and more prominent. At the same time, the fierce market competition and the diversification trend of customer demand make the service life cycle shorten day by day. New service development is dedicated to improving existing services or creating new services to meet the diverse needs of customers and to help organizations achieve multiple benefits. As a member of social network, the enterprise through the integration of external organizations is the integration of different organizations, integration includes suppliers, customers and partners, and other valuable resources, trying to break through the constraints of their limited resources. Realize the speed, pertinence and precision of new service development. In this process, "knowledge of service" also urges enterprises to use complementary knowledge inside and outside, shorten the cycle of new service development projects, and reduce the cost of new service development projects. Good integration of external organizations may help businesses gain access to more resources, information and knowledge through external networking links, but not necessarily sufficient capacity to absorb such knowledge, so, It is also necessary to consider the absorptive capacity of the regulatory role. From the perspective of service science, based on the theory of social network and knowledge management, this paper reviews the related researches on external organization integration, knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and performance of new service development. The influence of external organization integration and knowledge acquisition on the performance of new service development is discussed, and the role of absorptive capacity in the process is further investigated. This paper takes the service enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region as the research object, through the large-scale questionnaire survey on the surface, uses the SPSS20.0 and AMOS18.0 and other econometric statistical tools to carry on the structural equation model analysis to 247 sample enterprise data. The results show that: 1) external organizational integration has a positive impact on the performance of new service development. (2) external organizational integration has a positive impact on knowledge acquisition. 3) knowledge acquisition has a positive impact on service innovation performance. The influence of external organization integration on the performance of new service development is partly mediated) absorptive capacity plays a regulating role in the relationship between knowledge acquisition and performance of new service development. Through the discussion of the above problems, the relationship between external organization integration, knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and the performance of new service development will be excavated, which will enrich the research of service science in China, especially in the field of new service development, to some extent. It also provides some reference and guidance for Chinese enterprises on how to improve the performance of new service development through external organization integration and knowledge acquisition.
