【摘要】：本文基于2000-2015年長三角城市群26個(gè)地級及以上城市的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用空間計(jì)量方法探討生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對碳排放的影響。結(jié)果表明:生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚未對本市產(chǎn)生預(yù)期中的碳減排效應(yīng),反而顯著提升了周邊城市的碳排放水平;交通運(yùn)輸、批發(fā)零售等低端生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚顯著提升了周邊城市碳排放水平,而金融業(yè)專業(yè)化集聚、科學(xué)研究業(yè)多樣化集聚以及環(huán)境治理業(yè)的專業(yè)化和多樣化集聚對本市或周邊城市產(chǎn)生了明顯的碳減排效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出長三角城市群應(yīng)構(gòu)建碳排放聯(lián)控聯(lián)防機(jī)制、因地制宜規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚模式及推進(jìn)高端生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2015, the effects of producer services agglomeration on carbon emissions were studied by spatial measurement method. The results show that the concentration of producer services does not produce the expected carbon emission reduction effect on the city, but significantly increases the level of carbon emissions in the surrounding cities. The concentration of low-end producer services, such as wholesale and retail, has significantly increased the level of carbon emissions in the surrounding cities, while the specialized concentration of the financial industry, The diversification agglomeration of scientific research industry and the specialization and diversification agglomeration of environmental governance industry have obvious carbon abatement effect on the city or surrounding cities. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as the construction of carbon emission joint control and joint prevention mechanism, the planning of producer service agglomeration mode and the promotion of high-end producer service agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
