【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是我國工業(yè)的核心和基礎,是國家的戰(zhàn)略性產業(yè)。目前,中國裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但從全球價值鏈的角度來看,中國的裝備制造業(yè)在全球價值鏈中仍處于低端位置。而隨著服務業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展與崛起,服務業(yè)對裝備制造業(yè)的資金支持、技術支持和環(huán)境支持等效果愈加明顯,制造業(yè)服務化也日益被重視。因此,從廣義虛擬經濟的角度進行中國裝備制造業(yè)與服務業(yè)的融合發(fā)展具有較大意義,可以更好地推動中國裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和全球價值鏈地位的穩(wěn)步提升。本文從廣義虛擬經濟的視角出發(fā),旨在分析裝備制造業(yè)和服務業(yè)產業(yè)融合的動因、程度、績效及對裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位提升的作用。首先以廣義虛擬經濟、產業(yè)融合和全球價值鏈的相關理論為基礎,定性分析裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)產業(yè)融合的動因及對裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位的影響;接著將現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)按照廣義虛擬經濟的定義重新分類,基于投入產出表測算我國裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的融合度,分析融合現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題;然后以復合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調度為績效指標,運用協(xié)同學方法分析了我國裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)整體及分行業(yè)的復合系統(tǒng)2002-2014年的發(fā)展狀況;以裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位為績效指標,基于VAR計量模型和灰色關聯(lián)度模型測算了裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)整體和分行業(yè)的融合績效。結果表明,我國裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)融合趨勢顯著,但各行業(yè)融合度有差異;融合績效上,從復合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調度來看,裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)整體逐漸有序,協(xié)調發(fā)展,尤其與廣義虛擬經濟性質的生產性服務業(yè)協(xié)調度最高;從裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位來看,整體產業(yè)融合度是裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位的格蘭杰原因,且對裝備制造業(yè)價值鏈地位提升有正向的作用,但各行業(yè)融合績效有差距,更具有廣義虛擬經濟性質的金融服務業(yè)和商務服務業(yè)的融合對我國裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位提升顯現(xiàn)出一定效果,交通物流服務業(yè)績效也較高,而信息服務業(yè)和科技服務業(yè)從與價值鏈地位表現(xiàn)出的關聯(lián)性來看并沒有達到良好效果。最后,根據實證分析結果,提出促進我國裝備制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)產業(yè)融合以及提升裝備制造業(yè)全球價值鏈地位的相關對策建議,為廣義虛擬經濟要求下我國裝備制造業(yè)更好的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the core and foundation of China's industry, is the strategic industry of the country. At present, China's equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly, but from the perspective of global value chain, China's equipment manufacturing industry is still at the low end of the global value chain. With the vigorous development and rise of the service industry, the financial support, technical support and environmental support of the service industry to the equipment manufacturing industry become more and more obvious, and the service of the manufacturing industry is paid more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop China's equipment manufacturing industry and service industry from the point of view of generalized virtual economy, which can better promote the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry and the steady improvement of global value chain status. From the perspective of generalized virtual economy, this paper aims to analyze the motivation, degree, performance and role of equipment manufacturing industry in the promotion of global value chain. Firstly, based on the theories of generalized virtual economy, industrial convergence and global value chain, this paper qualitatively analyzes the causes of the integration of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry and its influence on the position of global value chain of equipment manufacturing industry. Then it reclassifies the modern service industry according to the definition of generalized virtual economy, calculates the fusion degree of our country's equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry based on the input-output table, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the integration. Then, taking the coordination degree of composite system as the performance index, using the method of Synergetics, this paper analyzes the development of the composite system of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry in China from 2002 to 2014, and takes the global value chain position of equipment manufacturing industry as the performance index. Based on VAR model and grey correlation model, the performance of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry is estimated. The results show that the integration trend of equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry is remarkable, but the integration degree of different industries is different, and from the view of the coordination degree of composite system, the equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry as a whole develop in an orderly and coordinated manner. Especially with the generalized virtual economy nature of producer services coordination is the highest; from the equipment manufacturing global value chain position, the overall industry integration is the Granger reason for the equipment manufacturing global value chain status. And it has a positive effect on equipment manufacturing value chain, but there is a gap in the performance of industry convergence. The integration of financial service industry and business service industry, which has the nature of generalized virtual economy, has a certain effect on the promotion of global value chain status of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and the performance of transportation logistics service industry is also relatively high. However, the information service industry and the science and technology service industry have not achieved good results in terms of their relevance to the value chain position. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the integration of China's equipment manufacturing industry and modern service industry, as well as to promote the position of equipment manufacturing industry as a global value chain. It provides a reference for the better development of China's equipment manufacturing industry under the requirement of generalized virtual economy.
