【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)和旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。尤其近10年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店管理公司和經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店品牌不斷出現(xiàn),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的特征出發(fā),結(jié)合實(shí)際,整理、歸納和總結(jié)了經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店應(yīng)用連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)模式獲得成功的關(guān)鍵要素,包括預(yù)見(jiàn)能力(選址、價(jià)值曲線)、管理能力(店長(zhǎng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)化、成本管理)和衍化能力(品牌與網(wǎng)絡(luò)、集團(tuán)化、連鎖化)。
[Abstract]:With the booming development of domestic economy and tourism, economic hotels have ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Especially in recent 10 years, the domestic economy hotel management company and the economy hotel brand appear unceasingly, the competition day by day intense. Based on the characteristics of economy hotel, combined with the practice, this paper summarizes the key elements of the successful application of chain management model in economy hotel, including the ability of foresight (location selection, value curve, management ability). Specialization, cost management) and derivative ability (brand and network, group, chain etc.
