經濟型酒店連鎖經營模式關鍵要素分析

【摘要】:隨著國內經濟和旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,經濟型酒店迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。尤其近10年來,國內的經濟型酒店管理公司和經濟型酒店品牌不斷出現,競爭日趨激烈。本文從經濟型酒店的特征出發(fā),結合實際,整理、歸納和總結了經濟型酒店應用連鎖經營模式獲得成功的關鍵要素,包括預見能力(選址、價值曲線)、管理能力(店長、專業(yè)化、成本管理)和衍化能力(品牌與網絡、集團化、連鎖化)。
[Abstract]:With the booming development of domestic economy and tourism, economic hotels have ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Especially in recent 10 years, the domestic economy hotel management company and the economy hotel brand appear unceasingly, the competition day by day intense. Based on the characteristics of economy hotel, combined with the practice, this paper summarizes the key elements of the successful application of chain management model in economy hotel, including the ability of foresight (location selection, value curve, management ability). Specialization, cost management) and derivative ability (brand and network, group, chain etc.
