【摘要】：在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向下,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)用性人才,并健全就業(yè)保障機(jī)制,非常具有研究意義。文章概括了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)用性人才的市場需求現(xiàn)狀,介紹了國外的相關(guān)研究,分析了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)用性人才就業(yè)保障的重要作用,最后探討了在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)下現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)用性人才的就業(yè)保障機(jī)制建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of regional industry, it is of great significance to train excellent applied talents of modern service industry and perfect the employment security mechanism. This paper summarizes the current situation of market demand for applied talents in modern service industry, introduces relevant studies abroad, and analyzes the important role of regional industrial development in employment security of applied talents in modern service industry. Finally, this paper discusses the construction of employment guarantee mechanism for the applied talents of modern service industry in the regional industrial economy.
