【摘要】：服務外包具有不完全性、質量控制的非標準性、知識生產性以及ITO和BPO捆綁和KPO規(guī)模擴大趨勢,使得在承接服務外包過程中,承包商更容易在與發(fā)包商密切的交流中加快知識積累,提升競爭力。但這種知識的學習也受到承包商學習能力和發(fā)包商知識分享意愿的影響,承包商學習能力越強,與發(fā)包商關系越密切,價值鏈升級越快。我國服務外包企業(yè)的成功發(fā)展也證明了通過服務外包實現價值鏈升級的可能性。因此,利用服務外包推動價值鏈升級應成為我國發(fā)展現代服務業(yè)的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing has incompleteness, non-standard quality control, knowledge production, ITO and BPO bundling and KPO scale expansion, which makes the service outsourcing process. It is easier for contractors to speed up knowledge accumulation and enhance competitiveness in close communication with contractors. However, the learning of this kind of knowledge is also influenced by the contractor's learning ability and the willingness of the contractor to share knowledge. The stronger the contractor's learning ability, the closer the relationship between the contractor and the contractor, and the faster the value chain upgrading. The successful development of Chinese service outsourcing enterprises also proves the possibility of value chain upgrading through service outsourcing. Therefore, using service outsourcing to promote value chain upgrading should be an important way to develop modern service industry in China.
