云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì),人類進(jìn)入了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。知識(shí)呈現(xiàn)出翻天覆地的變化,其在整個(gè)世界范圍內(nèi)的頻繁流動(dòng),大大推進(jìn)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的進(jìn)程。今天,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)正發(fā)生著巨大的變化,其標(biāo)志是以知識(shí)化為特征的新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn),知識(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,正在成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力,知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)(knowledge-intensive business service, KIBS)是知識(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,更是出現(xiàn)了前所未有的發(fā)展勢頭。雖然在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家尤其是美國和歐盟等國家對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)研究早已成為熱點(diǎn)問題,但是我國對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的研究仍然處于起步階段,還不夠重視知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的主體地位,并且與其相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分類、數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)研資料也都不完善。對(duì)于云南省而言,服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)行業(yè)依然占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,其所占比重接近60%,而依據(jù)西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的拉動(dòng)作用最為顯著的就是知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)。因此,發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè),尤其是發(fā)展和提升知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)于調(diào)整云南省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有及其重要的意義。正是在這樣的情況下,就更加應(yīng)該加快對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的研究,因此對(duì)其研究也具有格外重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。 本文緊緊圍繞云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展這一主題,采用定性描述與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢做了研究。本文首先對(duì)其概念、特征及分類進(jìn)行了研究,認(rèn)為知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)是以高度依賴專業(yè)知識(shí)和技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),以高度知識(shí)化人員為保障,以與客戶高度互動(dòng)為手段,以高度創(chuàng)新為核心的公司或組織。之后根據(jù)本文的研究內(nèi)容對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)做了分類,將其分為四大行業(yè),具體包括信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè),金融業(yè),租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)和科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)服務(wù)和地質(zhì)勘查業(yè)。之后根據(jù)歷年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和訪談的資料對(duì)云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的總體現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并詳細(xì)對(duì)四大行業(yè)發(fā)展情況作了細(xì)致的闡述,對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。最后,運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列法和灰色系統(tǒng)模型對(duì)云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展做了預(yù)測,并對(duì)云南省知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展分別從人才的集聚、知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的專業(yè)化發(fā)展、創(chuàng)造良好的市場環(huán)境、調(diào)整內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和健全統(tǒng)計(jì)體系五個(gè)方面提出了切實(shí)可行的建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge presents tremendous changes, and its frequent flow throughout the world has greatly promoted the process of global economic integration. Today, great changes are taking place in the global economy, marked by the emergence of a new economic growth point characterized by knowledge, and the vigorous development of the knowledge industry, which is becoming a new and strong driving force for economic development. KIBS (knowledge intensive business Service) is one of the important parts of the knowledge industry, and it also has an unprecedented development momentum. Although the research on knowledge-intensive services has long been a hot issue in western developed countries, especially in the United States and the European Union, the research on knowledge-intensive services in China is still in its infancy. Not enough attention has been paid to the dominant position of knowledge-intensive service industry in China's economic system, and its related statistical classification, data and research data are not perfect. For Yunnan Province, the internal structure of the service industry is not entirely reasonable. The traditional service industry still occupies a dominant position, its proportion is close to 60 percent, and according to the advanced experience of the western developed countries, The most significant pull to the economy is the knowledge-intensive service industry. Therefore, the development of service industry, especially the development and promotion of knowledge-intensive service industry, is of great significance in adjusting the industrial structure of Yunnan Province and promoting the local economic development. It is in this situation that we should speed up the research of knowledge-intensive service industry, so the research on it is of great theoretical significance and practical value. Focusing on the theme of the development of knowledge-intensive service industry in Yunnan Province, this paper studies the present situation and trend of the development of knowledge-intensive service industry in Yunnan Province by combining qualitative description with quantitative analysis. Firstly, this paper studies its concept, characteristics and classification. It is considered that the knowledge-intensive service industry is based on highly dependent professional knowledge and technology, protected by highly knowledgeable personnel, and highly interacted with customers. A company or organization with a high degree of innovation at its core. Then, according to the research content of this paper, the paper classifies the knowledge-intensive service industry into four industries, including information transmission, computer service and software industry, finance industry, lease and business service industry and scientific research. Technical services and geological survey industry. Then, according to the statistical data and interview data over the years, this paper analyzes the overall situation of the knowledge-intensive service industry in Yunnan Province, and elaborates the development of the four major industries in detail, and analyzes the existing problems. Finally, the development of knowledge-intensive service industry in Yunnan Province is predicted by using time series method and grey system model, and the development of knowledge-intensive service industry in Yunnan Province from the talent gathering, the specialized development of knowledge-intensive service industry, respectively. Some practical suggestions are put forward in five aspects: creating a good market environment, adjusting the internal structure and perfecting the statistical system.
