【摘要】：近些年來廣西的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平日益提高，經(jīng)濟(jì)總量不斷增加，服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)廣西社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用；廣西區(qū)政府也漸漸重視到服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要性。服務(wù)業(yè)是一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也有不可替代的作用，服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的不平衡必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡，所以國家和自治區(qū)先后出臺(tái)了一系列政策文件促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。但由于對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠或者受自身發(fā)展的限制，廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展存在著差異，而且這種差異也越來越明顯。如何促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展，并找到造成廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)差異的原因，怎樣在發(fā)展中縮小廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”間服務(wù)業(yè)的差異，這都是一個(gè)非常值得關(guān)注的問題。 本文在借鑒前人對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)差異研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)行了科學(xué)合理的界定，以廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象，并從區(qū)域差異的角度分析“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展差異。文章從“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的人均產(chǎn)值、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)比重和內(nèi)部各行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等方面分析廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；在以差異理論、庫茲涅茲定律、錢納里定律、霍夫曼定理、中心地理論、配第-克拉克第一定律等理論的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù)、偏離-份額分析法等指數(shù)和方法，，探討了廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的整體差異、結(jié)構(gòu)化差異及增長和競爭性差異。 研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，近幾年，廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的區(qū)際差異呈縮小的趨勢，但各個(gè)區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)的區(qū)內(nèi)差異卻呈擴(kuò)大趨勢；從服務(wù)業(yè)的增長速度、內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、及競爭力這三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行比較分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”三個(gè)區(qū)域中，廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的服務(wù)業(yè)增長速度和服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力最高，西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)最高。之后運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型分析法對(duì)影響廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的城鎮(zhèn)化水平、工業(yè)化水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、政府作用、需求水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平等六大因素進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平因子對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的影響最大，而需求水平因子對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的影響最小。最后根據(jù)六個(gè)因子對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)差異影響的大小，提出了完善服務(wù)業(yè)的政策，加強(qiáng)政府管理；完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，提高工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化水平；轉(zhuǎn)變消費(fèi)觀念，加強(qiáng)服務(wù)業(yè)的品牌和人才體系建設(shè)等對(duì)策建議，以期這些對(duì)策建議能夠縮小廣西“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)的差異，促進(jìn)“兩區(qū)一帶”服務(wù)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic level of Guangxi is increasing and the total economic amount is increasing. The service industry has played an increasingly important role in the development of the social and economic development of Guangxi. The government of the Guangxi district gradually attaches importance to the importance of the service industry to the development of the whole economy. Development also has an irreplaceable role. The imbalance in the development of service industry will inevitably lead to the imbalance of economic development. So the state and autonomous region have issued a series of policy documents to promote the development of service industry. But because of the lack of understanding of the service industry or limited by its own development, the development of service industry in the "two area area" of Guangxi is developed. There are differences, and this difference is becoming more and more obvious. How to promote the development of the service industry and find the cause of the difference in service industry in the "two areas" of Guangxi, and how to reduce the difference in service industry between the "two areas" in the development of the service industry in the development, which is a very worthwhile issue.
On the basis of the previous research on the difference in service industry, this paper makes a scientific and rational definition of service industry, taking the service industry of "area two area" in Guangxi as the research object, and analyzes the development difference of service industry in the area of "two districts" from the angle of regional difference. The article is from the per capita output value of the service industry in the area of "two districts", and the three industry. On the basis of the theory of difference theory, Cruz Nez's law, Hoffman's law, Hoffman theorem, central ground theory, and the law of Cruz Nez's first law, the standard deviation, variation coefficient, deviation share analysis, and so on are used in the analysis of the status of the service industry in the "two districts" and other industries. And methods to explore the overall differences, structural differences, growth and competitive differences of the "two districts and one zone" service industry in Guangxi.
The results of the study found that in recent years, the inter regional differences in the service industry in the "two areas" in Guangxi showed a shrinking trend, but the regional differences in service industries in various regions showed an expansion trend, and compared the three angles of the growth rate of service industry, the internal industrial structure and the competitiveness, and found that in the three regions of "two districts", there were three regions in the "area of two areas". The service industry growth rate and service industry competitiveness are the highest in the northwest Bay Economic Zone, and the industrial structure of the Xijiang economic belt is the highest. After the use of grey relational model analysis method, the level of urbanization, the level of industrialization, the level of economic development, the government function, the level of demand, the level of infrastructure, and so on, have been applied to the service industry in the "two districts of Guangxi". By analyzing the factors, it is found that the economic development level factor has the greatest impact on the service industry, and the demand level factor has the least influence on the service industry. Finally, according to the size of the six factors affecting the service industry differences, the policy of improving the service industry, strengthening the government management, improving the infrastructure, improving the industrialization and urbanization level, and changing the level of urbanization; Consumption concept, strengthen the service industry brand and talent system construction and other countermeasures and suggestions, so that these countermeasures and suggestions can reduce the difference in service industry in the "area of two areas" in Guangxi, promote the coordination of service industry in the area of "two areas" and sustainable development.
