【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展同時受到國內(nèi)外資源投入的影響。作為中國FDI流入規(guī)模最大的地區(qū)之一，江蘇省近幾年開始注重服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。在這樣的情況下，如何充分利用FDI促進(jìn)江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)、甚至整個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高效發(fā)展，將是一個重要的課題。 本文從FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的角度，利用時間序列和面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸，檢驗江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI行業(yè)內(nèi)與行業(yè)間技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的存在性；并根據(jù)存在性檢驗的結(jié)果，整理并檢驗江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI技術(shù)溢出的影響因素。 實證分析結(jié)果表明：（1）在服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)，江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI不存在顯著的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)，不管是行業(yè)內(nèi)還是行業(yè)間；（2）在服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)間，江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI存在技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)，，并且是通過顯著的前后向關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)對制造業(yè)產(chǎn)生技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)；（3）江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI技術(shù)溢出的促進(jìn)因素包括郵電通信水平、制造業(yè)技術(shù)水平和服務(wù)業(yè)外資獨資化程度，制約因素則包括制造業(yè)內(nèi)資企業(yè)與港澳臺資企業(yè)的技術(shù)差距和服務(wù)業(yè)開放度。 論文的最后基于實證分析結(jié)果，提出了促進(jìn)江蘇服務(wù)業(yè)FDI技術(shù)溢出的相關(guān)對策建議，為更好地提高江蘇外資利用質(zhì)量提供參考。
[Abstract]:At the same time, economic development is influenced by domestic and foreign resources input. As one of the largest inflow regions of FDI in China, Jiangsu Province began to pay attention to the development of service industry in recent years. Under such circumstances, how to make full use of FDI to promote the efficient development of Jiangsu service industry and even the whole regional economy will be an important subject. From the point of view of FDI technology spillover effect, this paper uses time series and panel data regression to test the existence of technology spillover effect in and between FDI industries in Jiangsu service industry, and according to the result of existence test, Collate and test the influencing factors of FDI technology spillover in Jiangsu service industry. The result of empirical analysis shows that there is no significant technology spillover effect in service industry FDI in Jiangsu service industry, no matter in industry or industry) there is technology spillover effect between service industry and manufacturing industry in Jiangsu service industry FDI, and there exists technology spillover effect between service industry and manufacturing industry in Jiangsu service industry. And it is the technology spillover effect to the manufacturing industry through the significant backward and backward correlation effect. (3) the promotion factors of the FDI technology spillover in Jiangsu service industry include the level of post and telecommunications, the technology level of manufacturing industry and the degree of wholly foreign-owned foreign investment in the service industry. The constraints include the technological gap between domestic manufacturing enterprises and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises and the openness of the service industry. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the FDI technology spillover in Jiangsu service industry, which provides a reference for improving the quality of foreign capital utilization in Jiangsu Province.
