【摘要】：CBL是基于現(xiàn)代教育思想和管理理論指導(dǎo)下一種新的實(shí)訓(xùn)課程教學(xué)模式。本文首次介定了CBL的含義、理論基礎(chǔ)及瑞士高校CBL認(rèn)知實(shí)踐課程的實(shí)施優(yōu)勢(shì),以期對(duì)此領(lǐng)域近乎空白的研究起到拋磚引玉的作用。通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外兩所高校酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐課程實(shí)施效果比照,印證了向瑞士學(xué)習(xí)借鑒CBL課程對(duì)我國(guó)酒店類(lèi)職業(yè)教育探索與改革的意義所在。在對(duì)CBL的課程設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)做出詳盡詮釋之后,文章又對(duì)CBL課程如何運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方式,提升教學(xué)效果做出了借鑒闡述,同時(shí)說(shuō)明了CBL課程是柔和了CBE和PBL的創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)模式,借鑒就需要對(duì)傳統(tǒng)教育理念改革。
[Abstract]:CBL is a new practical course teaching mode guided by modern educational thought and management theory.This paper first introduces the meaning of CBL, the theoretical basis and the advantages of the CBL cognitive practice course in Swiss colleges and universities, with a view to providing a reference to the nearly blank research in this field.By comparing the effect of the practical courses of hotel management in two universities at home and abroad, this paper proves the significance of learning from Switzerland for reference to the exploration and reform of hotel vocational education in China.After making a detailed explanation to the course design and development of CBL, the article expounds how to use a variety of teaching methods to improve the teaching effect of CBL course, and at the same time explains that CBL course is the innovative learning mode that softens CBE and PBL.It is necessary to reform the traditional educational concept for reference.
