瑞士CBL課程借鑒

【摘要】:CBL是基于現代教育思想和管理理論指導下一種新的實訓課程教學模式。本文首次介定了CBL的含義、理論基礎及瑞士高校CBL認知實踐課程的實施優(yōu)勢,以期對此領域近乎空白的研究起到拋磚引玉的作用。通過國內外兩所高校酒店管理專業(yè)實踐課程實施效果比照,印證了向瑞士學習借鑒CBL課程對我國酒店類職業(yè)教育探索與改革的意義所在。在對CBL的課程設計與開發(fā)做出詳盡詮釋之后,文章又對CBL課程如何運用多種教學方式,提升教學效果做出了借鑒闡述,同時說明了CBL課程是柔和了CBE和PBL的創(chuàng)新學習模式,借鑒就需要對傳統(tǒng)教育理念改革。
[Abstract]:CBL is a new practical course teaching mode guided by modern educational thought and management theory.This paper first introduces the meaning of CBL, the theoretical basis and the advantages of the CBL cognitive practice course in Swiss colleges and universities, with a view to providing a reference to the nearly blank research in this field.By comparing the effect of the practical courses of hotel management in two universities at home and abroad, this paper proves the significance of learning from Switzerland for reference to the exploration and reform of hotel vocational education in China.After making a detailed explanation to the course design and development of CBL, the article expounds how to use a variety of teaching methods to improve the teaching effect of CBL course, and at the same time explains that CBL course is the innovative learning mode that softens CBE and PBL.It is necessary to reform the traditional educational concept for reference.
