【摘要】：我國(guó)已進(jìn)入了未富先老的老齡化社會(huì),隨著老齡化的日益深化,各種老齡問題亟待研究解決。近二十年來,我國(guó)政府和學(xué)術(shù)界一直致力于探討、摸索解決老齡問題的方案與措施。積極發(fā)展老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)就是是解決老齡問題的重要途徑,也是大勢(shì)所趨。在1997年全國(guó)第一屆老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)座談會(huì)上首次提出“老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)”后,迄今我國(guó)對(duì)老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)的理論研究已取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)展。 武漢市在1993年便已進(jìn)入了老齡化城市,人口老齡化問題十分嚴(yán)重,大力發(fā)展老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)迫在眉睫。本文立足于人口老齡化背景,以國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究動(dòng)態(tài)作為理論基礎(chǔ),首先明確了老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念及內(nèi)涵,對(duì)武漢市老年人口的狀況及老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)整體現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。然后運(yùn)用波特鉆石模型,從生產(chǎn)要素、需求條件、相關(guān)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、發(fā)展機(jī)遇及政府作用六個(gè)方面,對(duì)影響武漢市老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展因素作了深入分析。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)武漢市老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然處于“嬰兒期”,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展總體水平較低,尚未形成規(guī)模。但武漢目前重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)取得了不少成績(jī),養(yǎng)老服務(wù)社會(huì)化進(jìn)程明顯加快。為了促進(jìn)武漢市老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展,本文結(jié)合了武漢城市圈的體制優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑,如加大政府對(duì)老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持力度和提高企業(yè)對(duì)老齡產(chǎn)業(yè)的行動(dòng)支持等發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:China has entered an aging society which is old before becoming rich. With the deepening of aging, all kinds of aging problems need to be solved urgently.In the past twenty years, Chinese government and academic circles have been devoting themselves to explore and explore solutions to the problem of ageing.Active development of aging industry is an important way to solve the problem of ageing, but also the trend of the times.After the first national forum on the aged industry in 1997, the theory of the aging industry has made great progress in our country.Wuhan has entered the aging city in 1993, the aging problem is very serious, it is urgent to develop the aging industry.Based on the background of the aging population and the research trends at home and abroad, this paper firstly clarifies the concept and connotation of the aging industry, and analyzes the situation of the aged population and the whole situation of the aging industry in Wuhan.Then using Porter diamond model, from the factors of production, demand conditions, related and supportive industries, corporate strategy, structure and competition, development opportunities and the role of government six aspects,The factors affecting the development of the aging industry in Wuhan are analyzed in depth.It is found that the aging industry in Wuhan is still in infancy, and the overall level of industrial development is low, and the scale is not yet formed.However, the key development of the pension service industry in Wuhan has made a lot of achievements, the socialization process of pension services has been accelerated.In order to promote the sound and rapid development of the aging industry in Wuhan, this paper combines the institutional advantages of Wuhan City Circle, and puts forward the path of the development of the aging industry.Such as increasing the government's support for the aging industry and enhancing the enterprises' action support for the aging industry.
