【摘要】：服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力可以直接對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響,事關(guān)我國(guó)能否在國(guó)際服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的大背景下在服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈分工中直接切入更為有利的戰(zhàn)略地位,并進(jìn)而對(duì)相關(guān)的制造業(yè)和其他產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響。服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力也是提升我國(guó)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。通過(guò)對(duì)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)內(nèi)部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和外部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新可以通過(guò)整合服務(wù)外包企業(yè)內(nèi)外部各要素,實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率,有益于服務(wù)外包企業(yè)自身創(chuàng)新能力的提升,增強(qiáng)我國(guó)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)承接國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)的能力和水平。
[Abstract]:The innovation ability of service outsourcing enterprises can directly affect the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the development of modern service industry.It concerns whether our country can directly cut into a more favorable strategic position in the service value chain division of labor under the background of international service industry transfer, and then have an impact on the related manufacturing industry and other industries.The innovation ability of service outsourcing enterprises is also the key to enhance the international competitiveness of our service outsourcing enterprises.Through the analysis and research of internal and external collaborative innovation of service outsourcing enterprises, it is found that collaborative innovation can realize the innovation efficiency of service outsourcing enterprises by integrating the internal and external elements of service outsourcing enterprises.It is beneficial to the improvement of the innovation ability of service outsourcing enterprises and the enhancement of the ability and level of service outsourcing enterprises to undertake international business.
