【摘要】：正工學結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)不僅是我國高等院校教育重要的發(fā)展方向,同時也是高等教育培養(yǎng)人才的必由之路以及教育發(fā)展趨勢。自從我國推行工學結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式以來,高等院校的旅游酒店管理專業(yè)被歸劃為重點專業(yè)進行建設(shè),并且取得了較為顯著的教學成效。本文結(jié)合我國高等院校的教學現(xiàn)狀,深入的對旅游酒店管理工學結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式作了探討,希望能夠?qū)Ω叩仍盒＝窈蟮慕虒W改革以及教學水平的提高產(chǎn)生積極的
