【摘要】：正核心要點·人口老齡化不是簡單的人口結(jié)構(gòu)問題,也不僅僅是養(yǎng)老問題,而是關(guān)系實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會宏偉目標(biāo)的重大戰(zhàn)略性問題。如果應(yīng)對不好,人口老齡化就會成為制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素,在勞動力供給、資本積累、國民儲蓄、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長潛力、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會負(fù)擔(dān)以及金融系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性等方面產(chǎn)生不利影響。
[Abstract]:The key point of population aging is not a simple population structure problem, nor is it merely an old-age problem, but a major strategic issue related to the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.If the response is not good, the aging population will become an important factor restricting the sustainable economic and social development of our country. In terms of labor supply, capital accumulation, national savings, and economic growth potential,Economic and social burden as well as the stability of the financial system and other aspects of the adverse impact.
