【摘要】：上海服務業(yè)的發(fā)展問題，是上海也是我國“十二五”時期經濟發(fā)展的重大問題�！笆濉币�(guī)劃明確了我國經濟結構轉型的方向和步驟，而上海承擔著“四個中心”、“四個率先”的發(fā)展目標，這對上海服務業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。因此，有必要在高度重視此問題的前提下，，深入分析、研究服務業(yè)發(fā)展的內在規(guī)律，引導其健康發(fā)展。 本文從上海市服務業(yè)在內部產出和就業(yè)人員兩方面的特征分析，探究上海服務業(yè)持續(xù)高速增長的具體成因，深入剖析在服務業(yè)持續(xù)高速增長背后所必然生成的有關結構性特征；發(fā)現(xiàn)批發(fā)零售業(yè)、金融業(yè)是服務業(yè)各行業(yè)中持續(xù)快速增長貢獻最大也最為關鍵的行業(yè)，且批發(fā)和零售業(yè)一直是上海服務業(yè)就業(yè)規(guī)模最大的行業(yè)。 同時，借助上海市投入產出表分析第三產業(yè)及其內部各行業(yè)與第一、第二產業(yè)之間的產業(yè)關聯(lián)程度與產業(yè)波及效果的關系特點，并按照生產性服務業(yè)中間需求的特性，將服務業(yè)內部行業(yè)劃分為生產性服務業(yè)和消費性服務業(yè)，并對其內部增長動因進行定量分析；得出交通運輸倉儲和郵政業(yè)，住宿餐飲業(yè)，租賃和商務服務業(yè)，科學研究技術服務業(yè)和地質勘查業(yè)，水利環(huán)境和公共設施管理業(yè)，居民服務業(yè)和其他服務業(yè)，這些行業(yè)對國民經濟發(fā)展的推動作用較大，可以成為第三產業(yè)發(fā)展可供選擇的主導行業(yè)；信息傳輸、計算機服務和軟件業(yè)、租賃和商務服務業(yè)是國民經濟發(fā)展需求比較大的行業(yè)，對其也應優(yōu)先發(fā)展。 最后，以金融保險業(yè)為重點行業(yè)，總結“十一五”期間上海金融業(yè)取得的成就，并探討上海金融業(yè)增加值占全市增加值的比重一直偏低的主要原因與上海沒有形成完全市場化運作的金融市場、金融機構過于單一，銀行業(yè)占比絕對比重等因素有關。
[Abstract]:The development of service industry in Shanghai is also a major problem in the economic development of our country during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.The 12th Five-Year Plan clarifies the direction and steps of China's economic structural transformation, while Shanghai undertakes the development goals of "four centers" and "four first", which puts forward higher requirements for the development of Shanghai's service industry.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Shanghai's service industry in terms of internal output and employment, this paper probes into the specific causes of the sustained rapid growth of Shanghai's service industry, and deeply analyzes the structural characteristics that must be generated behind the sustained rapid growth of the service industry.It is found that the financial industry is the biggest and most critical industry in the service industry, and the wholesale and retail industry has always been the largest service industry in Shanghai.At the same time, with the help of Shanghai input-output table, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the relationship between the relationship between the tertiary industry and its internal industries, the first and second industries, and the industrial ripple effect, and according to the characteristics of the intermediate demand of producer services,The internal industry of service industry is divided into producer service industry and consumer service industry, and its internal growth motivation is quantitatively analyzed, and the transportation, storage and post industry, accommodation and catering industry, leasing and business service industry are obtained.Scientific research into the technical services and geological exploration industries, water conservancy environment and public facilities management industries, resident service industries and other services industries have played a greater role in promoting the development of the national economy.Information transmission, computer service and software industry, leasing and business service industry are the industries with great demand for the development of national economy, which should be given priority.Finally, taking the financial and insurance industry as the key industry, the achievements of Shanghai's financial industry during the 11th Five-Year Plan period are summarized.The main reasons for the low proportion of added value in Shanghai financial industry are related to the fact that Shanghai has not formed a completely market-oriented financial market, the financial institutions are too single, and the banking sector accounts for the absolute proportion of the added value.
