【摘要】：企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)類咨詢公司日益受到教育技術(shù)學(xué)、成人教育學(xué)等專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)時(shí)的鐘愛(ài),為更好地給專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),本次調(diào)研對(duì)企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)類咨詢團(tuán)隊(duì)(選取的個(gè)案)在工作場(chǎng)所中的集體實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了考察和分析,旨在應(yīng)用活動(dòng)理論的結(jié)構(gòu)框架闡釋團(tuán)隊(duì)的集體實(shí)踐情況及其專業(yè)能力的動(dòng)態(tài)。所調(diào)研的個(gè)案是一家中國(guó)本土咨詢團(tuán)隊(duì),通過(guò)半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談、實(shí)地觀察、文件分析、有重點(diǎn)的訪談等多種方法來(lái)收集相關(guān)資料,然后基于"不斷比較原則"對(duì)資料逐次進(jìn)行聚焦式的開(kāi)放編碼、節(jié)點(diǎn)歸類和理論編碼等三個(gè)步驟的分析性歸納�；诨顒�(dòng)理論的原理,提出了四種類型的項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),即"顧問(wèn)獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)式項(xiàng)目"(第一種類型)、"解決方案式項(xiàng)目"(第二種類型)、"團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作式項(xiàng)目"(第三種類型)和"團(tuán)隊(duì)間業(yè)務(wù)整合式項(xiàng)目"(第四種類型),又進(jìn)一步明確了這四種類型活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,以及與客戶專業(yè)能力的相對(duì)性和動(dòng)態(tài)適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:Enterprise learning consulting companies are increasingly favored by graduates of education technology, adult education and other majors, which provide a practical basis for the training of professional talents. This survey examines and analyzes the collective practice of corporate learning consulting teams (selected cases) in the workplace. The purpose of this paper is to apply the structural framework of activity theory to explain the collective practice of the team and the dynamics of its professional competence. Focused interviews and other methods to collect relevant data, and then based on the "principle of continuous comparison" of the data on a sequential focusing open coding, Based on the principle of activity theory, four types of project activity structures are proposed. These are "consultant independent and responsible projects" (the first type), "solution type projects" (the second type), "team collaboration projects" (the third type) and "inter-team business integration projects" (the fourth type, and further clarify). The relationship between these four types of activity structures has been confirmed. And the relativity and dynamic adaptability with customer professional ability.
