【摘要】：ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning），企業(yè)資源計劃的簡稱。是企業(yè)加強管理信息化建設的重要手段。它主要利用計算機技術對企業(yè)的整個供應鏈進行綜合管理，重組企業(yè)內(nèi)部的業(yè)務流程、優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源配置采用實現(xiàn)計劃和事中控制的思想實現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)，提高企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。 美容行業(yè)隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展也迎來自己的發(fā)展的春天。但是，行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和落后的管理體制之間的矛盾越發(fā)突出。利用ERP對于整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展水平、實現(xiàn)行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展至關重要。 本文在緒論部分對ERP進行了詳細的綜述，主要包括ERP的基本管理思想及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，簡述了我國美容行業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，及其需要實現(xiàn)的管理功能。 基于上述現(xiàn)狀，本文首先分析了美容行業(yè)對ERP系統(tǒng)的分析，主要包括ERP在我國實際運用的現(xiàn)狀及其在運用過程中所出現(xiàn)的問題。我國美容行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其主要存在的問題。并且結合二者的現(xiàn)狀對美容行業(yè)采用ERP系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析。 據(jù)以上分析結果，本文設計出符合美容行業(yè)特點的ERP系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊。并且將ERP系統(tǒng)和POS（Point of sale）系統(tǒng)進行集成，完成美容行業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的整個模式設計。然后，對于系統(tǒng)實際運行的保障機制進行研究，包括項目實施前的準備工作、實施過程中的過程管理工作、實施最后階段的總結、反饋，以及整個過程中可能存在的風險預測及應對措施。 最后，由于行業(yè)目前還沒有實際采用ERP的企業(yè)，所以對ERP的實施效益進行預評估。并給出滿足ERP考核需求和行業(yè)特點的評估方法。
[Abstract]:ERP(Enterprise Resource planning is an important means for enterprises to strengthen the construction of management information. It mainly uses computer technology to manage the whole supply chain of enterprises, and reorganizes the business processes inside the enterprises. The optimization of enterprise resource allocation realizes lean production with the idea of realizing plan and in-process control, and improves the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. With the rapid development of China's economy, the beauty industry has also ushered in its own spring of development. However, the contradiction between the continuous development of the industry and the backward management system is becoming more and more prominent. It is very important to realize the sustainable development of the industry. In the introduction part, this paper gives a detailed overview of ERP, including the basic management ideas of ERP and the current research situation at home and abroad, and briefly describes the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the beauty industry in China, as well as the management functions that need to be realized. Based on the above situation, this paper first analyzes the beauty industry to the ERP system analysis, It mainly includes the actual application of ERP in our country and the problems that appear in the process of application. The development situation and main problems of beauty industry in our country are also discussed. The ERP system is adopted in the beauty industry in combination with the present situation of both. Requirement analysis is carried out. According to the above analysis results, this paper designs the functional modules of ERP system, which accords with the characteristics of beauty industry, and integrates the ERP system and POS(Point of Sale system to complete the whole pattern design of ERP system in beauty industry. The guarantee mechanism for the actual operation of the system is studied, including the preparatory work before the implementation of the project, the process management work in the implementation process, the summary of the implementation of the final stage, the feedback, And the risk forecast and countermeasures that may exist in the whole process. Finally, because there is no enterprise adopting ERP in the industry at present, the benefit of ERP implementation is pre-evaluated, and the evaluation method to meet the needs of ERP assessment and the characteristics of the industry is given.
