契約環(huán)境與服務(wù)業(yè)集聚——基于中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析

【摘要】:服務(wù)業(yè)合同密集型的行業(yè)特征決定了其集聚行為必然受到契約環(huán)境的影響。我們?cè)贏cemoglu et al(2007)技術(shù)和契約采用模型基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)契約環(huán)境如何影響服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的微觀作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了理論探討。區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的使用,本文利用2008年全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)普查服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)算了地級(jí)市層面四位行業(yè)代碼下服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的EG指數(shù),進(jìn)而對(duì)中國(guó)243個(gè)地級(jí)市的服務(wù)業(yè)集聚情況進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在控制了地區(qū)特征變量、馬歇爾外部性變量以及不可觀測(cè)的地區(qū)差異之后,契約環(huán)境對(duì)于服務(wù)業(yè)集聚有顯著影響。在用工具變量法克服內(nèi)生性問(wèn)題后,上述結(jié)論依舊穩(wěn)健;考慮到極端值存在的情況,我們利用分位數(shù)回歸的結(jié)果依舊支持了以上結(jié)論?梢(jiàn),改善契約環(huán)境水平是促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of service contract-intensive industries determine that their agglomeration behavior is bound to be influenced by the contractual environment. This paper makes a theoretical study on how the contractual environment affects the micro mechanism of service agglomeration, which is different from the use of industry data in traditional literature. In this paper, the EG index of service industry agglomeration under four industry codes at prefectural level and city level is calculated by using the service industry enterprise data of 2008 national economic census, and then the empirical study of service industry agglomeration in 243 prefectural cities in China is carried out. It is found that after controlling regional characteristic variables Marshall externality variables and unobservable regional differences the contract environment has a significant impact on service industry agglomeration. After the instrumental variable method is used to overcome the endogenous problems the above conclusions are still robust. Considering the existence of extreme values, the results of quantile regression still support the above conclusion. Therefore, improving the contractual environment is an important way to promote the agglomeration of service industries.
