基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)績效提升路徑研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正在經(jīng)歷新一輪的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和區(qū)域分工,服務(wù)業(yè)尤其是知識密集型服務(wù)業(yè)正成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新熱點和發(fā)達(dá)國家或地區(qū)競相發(fā)展的重點。發(fā)達(dá)國家將知識密集型服務(wù)業(yè)列為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的引擎;我國正將其發(fā)展成為新興的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。然而,我國的知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)大多存在著規(guī)模偏小、功能單一、效率低下、發(fā)展滯后等問題,難以發(fā)揮其在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要作用。其中重要的原因是許多企業(yè)不善于利用企業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)去獲取各種資源和機(jī)會去發(fā)展自身,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力較弱。 在過去的幾年中,一些學(xué)者致力于網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力與企業(yè)績效之間影響關(guān)系和影響機(jī)制的研究。研究表明,強(qiáng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力會在企業(yè)內(nèi)部形成競爭力、為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支持、提高企業(yè)的績效。知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)是以知識為主要投入和產(chǎn)出要素,提供高知識性、高附加值服務(wù)的企業(yè)。知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對企業(yè)績效的影響必有其特殊之處,本文將從企業(yè)能力理論角度出發(fā),探討基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)績效提升路徑和機(jī)制。 本研究首先對知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、組織間學(xué)習(xí)、合作創(chuàng)新、顧客互動和企業(yè)績效的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了閱讀、整理和評述。其次,從企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動態(tài)研究視角建構(gòu)了知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的結(jié)構(gòu)模型、分析了它的特殊性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)績效提升路徑關(guān)系概念模型。然后,對知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力如何影響企業(yè)績效進(jìn)行了理論分析,提出了相關(guān)的關(guān)系假設(shè)。此后,基于問卷調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),利用基于偏最小二乘法的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對上述理論關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實證驗證,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相關(guān)對策建議。 通過上述研究,得出了以下一些主要的結(jié)論:(1)知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力提升企業(yè)績效主要通過基于知識的路徑、基于創(chuàng)新的路徑、基于互動的路徑三條路徑;(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力通過能動多維度網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,有助于企業(yè)消除組織間學(xué)習(xí)中存在的障礙,繼而影響企業(yè)績效,這是基于知識的路徑;(3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力為企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新營造了互信的氛圍和提供資源和知識保障,從而影響企業(yè)績效,這是基于創(chuàng)新的路徑;(4)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力促進(jìn)企業(yè)與顧客間頻繁深入的互動繼而影響企業(yè)績效,這是基于互動的路徑;(5)組織間學(xué)習(xí)、合作創(chuàng)新與顧客互動三個變量分別在知識密集型企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力與企業(yè)績效之間的三條關(guān)系路徑中起到了部分或者完全的中介效用。 本文的主要創(chuàng)新點有:(1)分析了知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的特殊性,以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)績效提升路徑,分別是基于知識的路徑、基于創(chuàng)新的路徑和基于互動的路徑;(2)分別引入組織間學(xué)習(xí)、合作創(chuàng)新和顧客互動三個變量作為知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力影響企業(yè)績效的關(guān)系路徑中介變量;(3)利用基于偏最小二乘法的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型實證驗證了上述的路徑關(guān)系和中介效用。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the development of knowledge economy, the rapid development of the service economy, the world economy is undergoing structural adjustment and regional division of a new round of service industry, especially the knowledge intensive service industry is becoming the key to development of the world economic development in the new hotspot and developed countries or regions. The developed countries will be the knowledge intensive service industry as a modern the engine of economic growth; China is to become a pillar industry emerging. However, knowledge intensive service enterprises in China are mostly small-scale, single function, low efficiency, development lag and other issues, it is difficult to play its important role in economic development. One of the important reasons is that many companies do not good at using enterprise relationship network to get all sorts of resources and opportunities to develop itself, namely the network capability is weak.
In the past few years, some scholars committed to the study between network competence and performance influence relation and the influence mechanism. The research results show that the strong capacity of the network will be formed in the enterprise competitiveness, provide strong support for the development of enterprises, improve the performance of enterprises. Knowledge intensive business services is the knowledge as the main the input and output elements, with high knowledge, high value-added service enterprises. The influence of knowledge intensive business services network capacity on the performance of enterprises will have its special features, this paper from the perspective of enterprise ability theory, discuss the network ability of knowledge intensive path and mechanism to improve the performance of service enterprises based on.
This study first on the knowledge intensive business services, network capacity, inter organizational learning, cooperation and innovation, the reading related literature of customer interaction and business performance, the collation and review. Secondly, the structure model of the network capacity of knowledge intensive business services is constructed from the dynamic perspective of enterprise network, analyzes its particularity. On this basis, put forward the network capacity of the knowledge intensive path of the relationship between conceptual model of enterprise performance based on lifting service. Then, analyses the theory how to affect the enterprise performance of knowledge intensive business services network capacity, puts forward related hypotheses. Then, based on the investigation data, using the structural equation method of partial least squares the empirical models to verify the relationship based on the theory, based on this and put forward relevant suggestions.
Through the above research, the following main conclusions: (1) the ability of network knowledge intensive service enterprises to improve corporate performance mainly through the path of knowledge innovation based on the path based on the interaction of three paths based on the path; (2) the network capacity through the dynamic multi dimension network management, help enterprises to eliminate inter organization learning in the presence of obstacles, then the impact of corporate performance, which is based on the path of knowledge; (3) the network capacity of enterprise cooperation innovation to create the atmosphere of mutual trust and provide resources and knowledge security, thus affecting the performance of the enterprises, this is the path of innovation based on network; (4) the ability to promote the enterprise and the customer frequently deeply the interaction affects enterprise performance, which is based on interaction path; (5) the Inter Organizational Learning, cooperative innovation and customer interaction between the three variables respectively in the knowledge intensive enterprise network capability and enterprise performance The three relationship paths between them play a part or complete intermediary utility.
The main innovations of this paper are: (1) analysis of the particularity of the network capability of knowledge intensive service industry, this is the basis of the network capacity of knowledge intensive service path to enhance enterprise performance based on knowledge, which are based on path, path and path based on Innovation Based on the interaction of (2) were introduced; inter organizational learning, cooperative innovation and customer interaction between the three variables as the knowledge intensive service enterprise network capacity influence path mediating variable between enterprise performance; (3) using structural equation model based on partial least squares empirical verification of the relationship between the path and the intermediary utility.
