【摘要】：正美國洛杉磯奮騰商業(yè)街的餐飲業(yè)競爭很激烈,很多餐廳關(guān)門大吉。奇怪的是,近來一家名叫"柏蘭朵"的餐廳迅速躥紅,生意異�；鸨２蛷d老板威斯汀確實(shí)有攬客絕招,而這不過是一個(gè)既簡單又奇怪的規(guī)定。在奮騰商業(yè)街里出沒的幾乎都是白領(lǐng)一族,他們到餐廳就餐時(shí)習(xí)慣低頭把玩手機(jī),根本不知碗里的飯菜是何味道。對這類"低頭族"來說,他們在哪吃飯都一樣,只要能吃飽就行,不挑剔就是他們最大的特點(diǎn)�？蓪Σ蛷d來說,顧客不挑食正是留不住回頭客的根本原因——他們對餐廳的飯菜沒有什么印象。威斯汀再三思索,想出了一個(gè)辦法。他在餐廳做出如下規(guī)定:客人只要在用餐前主動將手機(jī)交給餐廳保管,專心吃飯,那么餐廳將給予九五折的優(yōu)惠。
[Abstract]:The restaurant industry in the Fenton Mall of Los Angeles in the United States is very competitive, and many restaurants have closed down. Oddly enough, recently a restaurant called "Burllando" has become very popular and business is very hot. Westin, the owner of the restaurant, does have a great strategy for attracting customers. And this is just a simple and strange rule. Almost all the white-collar people who haunt the Teng Teng shopping street are used to playing with their mobile phones when they go to the restaurant. I don't know what the food in the bowl tastes like. For this kind of "Phubber," they eat the same food everywhere. As long as they can eat enough, not being picky is their biggest characteristic. But for the restaurant, The root reason why customers can't stay back is that customers are not picky-they don't remember the food in the restaurant. Westin thinks twice. He made the following rule in the restaurant: as long as guests take the initiative to hand over their mobile phones to the restaurant before eating and concentrate on eating, then the restaurant will give a discount of 15%.
