【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型,從時(shí)間和區(qū)域兩個(gè)維度測算2005—2014年廣東省及其各區(qū)域制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的動(dòng)態(tài)變化特征,發(fā)現(xiàn):2005—2014年兩者耦合協(xié)調(diào)度持續(xù)提高,但整體耦合協(xié)調(diào)度仍不高,處于初級和中級協(xié)調(diào)耦合階段;廣東省各區(qū)域制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度差距較大,且呈現(xiàn)出由珠三角、粵西、粵東、粵北山區(qū)依次遞減的趨勢。廣東制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度不高的主要原因在于制造業(yè)的低端化和“兩頭在外”的發(fā)展模式。因此,在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,廣東應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對制造業(yè)的創(chuàng)新投入,提升制造業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈水平,為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造市場需求,從而促進(jìn)制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)兩者的耦合互動(dòng)。同時(shí),針對各區(qū)域制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)處于不同的協(xié)調(diào)耦合階段,應(yīng)采取差異化的耦合互動(dòng)發(fā)展政策,有效促進(jìn)制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)廣東制造業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:By constructing the coupled coordination model between manufacturing and producer services, the dynamic characteristics of the coupling coordination between manufacturing and producer services in Guangdong Province and its regions from 2005 to 2014 were calculated from the two dimensions of time and region. It is found that the degree of coupling and coordination between the two has been increasing continuously from 2005 to 2014, but the overall degree of coupling and coordination is still not high, and it is still in the primary and intermediate stage of coordination, and the gap of the degree of coupling and coordination between manufacturing and producer services in various regions of Guangdong Province is quite large. There is a decreasing trend from the Pearl River Delta, western Guangdong, eastern Guangdong and northern Guangdong mountain areas in turn. The main reason for the low coupling degree between manufacturing and producer services in Guangdong lies in the low end of manufacturing industry and the development mode of "two ends in the outside". Under the new normal state of economy, Guangdong should strengthen the innovation investment in manufacturing industry, raise the level of manufacturing value chain, create market demand for the development of producer services, and promote the coupling interaction between manufacturing and producer services. In view of the different coordination and coupling stages of manufacturing industry and producer services in different regions, we should adopt the policy of differential coupling and interactive development to effectively promote the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and producer services. The final realization of Guangdong manufacturing and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.
