【摘要】：人們所謂健康,已不單單是沒有疾病的身體康健,還涉及了深層面的精神健康以及對社會生活的適應性。這種健康意識的轉變,在一定程度上,健康服務的需求已經增加需求,為了滿足需求,促成了健康服務業(yè)的發(fā)展。鑒于健康服務業(yè)快速增長的需求、產業(yè)的發(fā)展影響對刺激就業(yè)和穩(wěn)定社會經濟的突出作用。延邊州發(fā)展健康服務業(yè)成為延邊州經濟發(fā)展的的有效途徑和擴大就業(yè)的重要舉措。延邊州區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯,醫(yī)療機構基礎較好,及市場空間廣闊等優(yōu)勢,具有發(fā)展高端優(yōu)質健康服務業(yè)的條件。發(fā)展健康服務業(yè)對延邊州有重大的社會意義和經濟意義。在健康服務業(yè)越來越重視的背景下,健康服務以龐大的社會需求,成為健康產業(yè)最根本的基石,研究延邊州健康服務業(yè)發(fā)展具有經濟和社會意義。在溫飽問題還沒有得到解決的時期,健康主要是指治療疾病,隨著生產水平的提高和人們的觀念的改善,健康保養(yǎng)、亞健康調理和疾病的調理在健康服務中的占比越來越大需求已經大幅增長。不限于醫(yī)療物理治療,整體考慮健康服務。不只單一集中在醫(yī)療服務業(yè)的現狀成果研究,不獨針對疾病的治療,而是從大健康觀念中獲取,從健康服務業(yè)三大行業(yè):醫(yī)療服務,健康管理服務,健康保險服務等方面進行研究。本文側重分析了延邊州健康服務業(yè)發(fā)展現狀以及發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出了健康服務業(yè)多層次個性化發(fā)展的對策和建議。從宏觀角度,政府和市場兩個層次探求健康服務業(yè)發(fā)展的機遇,以滿足強大的社會消費需求,更有效地運行市場機制,實現市場在資源配置中的基礎性作用。健康服務業(yè)的產業(yè)布局以及產業(yè)結構的多角度深層次合理化發(fā)展,為延邊州健康服務業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論支持和政策扶持,加快了民族地區(qū)產業(yè)經濟的有效發(fā)展。在盡可能滿足居民健康服務的消費需求同時,引導居民健康消費的合理化,不斷提升居民健康素養(yǎng)和健康生活水平為根本。
