【摘要】：人類社會正快速步入智能時代，這種運用信息與知識解決問題的能力已經(jīng)成為知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的“主要能源”。如何運用智能提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)和為智能活動提供高水平的服務(wù)是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的兩個重要議題。中介服務(wù)是一種聯(lián)絡(luò)兩個或多個主體的社會活動，，大量事實表明，為決策提供信息、知識或解決方案的智能中介服務(wù)已取代僅僅傳遞物資、能量的傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)，逐漸成為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)的主流。社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)是中介活動的基礎(chǔ)和平臺，它的結(jié)構(gòu)和演化對于智能中介服務(wù)的效能意義重大，從而成為了本論文的主題。 本文以復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的智能中介服務(wù)為研究對象，采用基于主體的復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模與仿真方法，對其作用機(jī)制展開定性和定量研究，以解釋一些特定的社會現(xiàn)象并為智能中介服務(wù)的管理提供依據(jù)。 本文提出問題、資源和關(guān)系三維模型分析智能中介服務(wù)的作用機(jī)制，通過若干實例分析，把復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的智能中介服務(wù)歸納為四種表現(xiàn)形式，認(rèn)為其嵌入被服務(wù)對象問題解決的過程中，通過關(guān)系維度發(fā)揮作用，基本功能是搭建和干預(yù)促進(jìn)問題解決的網(wǎng)絡(luò)，價值表現(xiàn)為服務(wù)參與各方的邊際產(chǎn)出與邊際成本之比。 通過對具體情境的建模仿真，定量研究復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征對智能中介服務(wù)功能與價值的影響。首先考察匹配功能對匹配方式和頂點收益分布的敏感性，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)頂點收益服從不同分布時，不同匹配方式導(dǎo)致的差異不同，但Gale-Shapley匹配的差異隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的增大呈縮小趨勢。結(jié)果表明匹配方式選擇和收益分布信息獲得的重要性。其次是對交易產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)和阻礙作用的考察。如果用直接摩擦刻畫頂點的交易困難，間接摩擦描述競爭效應(yīng)，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)供需比例、頂點間信任程度、平均度及網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度等對平均摩擦及其優(yōu)化都有影響，而且外智能生中介服務(wù)的優(yōu)化效果好于內(nèi)生服務(wù)。第三，考察智能中介與網(wǎng)絡(luò)共同創(chuàng)造智能中介服務(wù)的價值。通過分析體現(xiàn)雙方共生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入價值，可獲得智能中介服務(wù)存在的成本和定價條件，并發(fā)現(xiàn)頂點適應(yīng)度、智能中介能力、價格和度分布對網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入價值存在影響。 以區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、金融中介網(wǎng)絡(luò)和科研合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化為實例，分析智能中介服務(wù)對復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)生的影響，可利用匹配、摩擦和網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入價值的意義及研究結(jié)果，解釋硅谷持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的必要條件和次貸危機(jī)爆發(fā)的內(nèi)部機(jī)理，對科研政策制定提出建議，并指出區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)和金融監(jiān)管中智能中介服務(wù)的基本功能和演化方向。 本文有三點主要貢獻(xiàn)：第一，提出新的提供智能中介服務(wù)的交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)——直接摩擦和間接摩刻畫交易困難和競爭關(guān)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征對全局摩擦及其優(yōu)化存在的影響；第二，提出新的智能中介服務(wù)價值指標(biāo)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入價值刻畫智能中介服務(wù)的貢獻(xiàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征對網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入價值存在的影響；第三，從新的角度解釋區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、金融網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化動力與條件，指出相應(yīng)智能中介服務(wù)的演化方向。
[Abstract]:The human society is rapidly entering the era of intelligence, the use of information and knowledge to solve the question ability has become the era of knowledge economy "primary energy". How to use intelligence to provide high quality services and intelligent activities with a high level of service are two important issues in the development of modern service industry. Intermediary service is a kind of contact two one or more of the main social activities, a large number of facts show that provide information for decision-making, intelligent knowledge intermediary services or solutions have replaced only transfer materials, energy of traditional services, has gradually become the mainstream of modern service. Social network is the foundation and platform of intermediary activities, its structure and evolution for intelligent intermediary service performance of great significance, which has become the theme of this paper.
In this paper, the intelligent intermediary services in a complex social network as the research object, the subject of the complex social network modeling and simulation method based on the expansion of qualitative and quantitative research on its mechanism, provide the basis to explain some specific social phenomenon and intelligent intermediary service management.
In this paper, the mechanism of 3D model resources and relation analysis of intelligent intermediary service, through the analysis of a number of examples, the intelligent intermediary services in a complex social network into four forms, that is embedded in the process of solving problems in the service object, the role relationship dimension, the basic function is to build and promote intervention to solve the network value of the marginal output of the parties involved in the service and marginal cost ratio.
Through the modeling and Simulation of the actual situation, the quantitative study of complex social network characteristics of the intelligent intermediary service function and value. Firstly, the function of matching and sensitivity, the vertex of the income distribution of the study found that when the vertex return follows different distributions, the difference is not the same, that is different, but the difference, with Gale-Shapley the size of the network increase was narrowing trend. The results showed that the matching mode selection and the importance of the income distribution information obtained. Second is the effects of positive and negative effects on trading. If the direct friction characterization of vertex trading difficulties, indirect competition effect can be found to describe the friction, the proportion of supply and demand, the level of trust between vertices, and the average degree of network the density have influence on the average friction and optimization, and the optimization effect of intelligent students intermediary services in health services. In third, the test Police intelligence agency and network together to create intelligent intermediary service value. Through the analysis of reflect their symbiotic network embedded value, can obtain intelligence intermediary service cost and pricing conditions, and find the vertex fitness, intelligent medium capacity, price and degree distribution of the network embedded value exists.
The regional innovation network, the evolution of financial intermediary network and scientific cooperation network as an example, analysis of the impact of intelligent intermediary services on complex social networks, can be used to match, the significance and the research results of friction and network embedded value, explain the internal mechanism of Silicon Valley innovation necessary conditions and the outbreak of the subprime crisis, the policy of scientific research put forward suggestions, and points out the basic function and the evolution direction of the regional innovation network and intelligent intermediary services in financial supervision.
There are three main contributions in this paper: first, put forward the new intermediary service provides intelligent trading network structure index, direct and indirect trade friction friction characterization difficult and competitive relationship, found on network characteristics and optimization of the existing global friction effect; second, put forward a new intelligent intermediary service value index of network embedded value characterization of intelligent agent service contribution, found the network characteristics of network embedded value; third, explain the regional innovation network from a new point of view, dynamic evolution and conditions of financial network, points out the evolution direction of the corresponding intelligence in the referral service.
