LW保安服務公司績效管理體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在企業(yè)人力資源管理當中,績效管理一直占據(jù)重要地位。加強和優(yōu)化績效管理工作有助于企業(yè)人力資源管理水平的提升,通過實行科學的績效管理,能將員工的工作積極性充分調(diào)動起來,提升員工工作效率,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更多價值。除此之外,加強和優(yōu)化績效管理工作還有助于在企業(yè)內(nèi)部形成公平公正、穩(wěn)定又不失激情的管理環(huán)境。我國的保安服務業(yè)是隨著改革開放而逐步興起的,其內(nèi)部管理體制面臨著許多考驗和挑戰(zhàn)。保安服務公司的職能定位逐漸由原來的打擊與管理轉(zhuǎn)為預防、管理及服務,隨著保安服務公司工作職能的轉(zhuǎn)變,加強保安隊伍的素質(zhì)建設(shè)及其管理工作也愈加重要。因此,保安服務公司迫切需要建立一套合理、有效、完善的績效管理體系,以提高保安人員的工作積極性,解決保安服務公司存在的激勵機制不完善、績效差等諸多問題。本文以LW保安服務公司為研究對象,綜合運用文獻研究、平衡計分卡(BSC)、關(guān)鍵績效指標(KPI)、實地調(diào)查等研究方法,評估其績效管理體系的質(zhì)量,分析該企業(yè)績效管理體系中存在的問題,提出績效管理體系優(yōu)化方案,為LW保安服務公司績效管理體系的完善及其持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供有益的理論借鑒。本文主要研究內(nèi)容包括如下幾個部分:首先,本文明確了研究的目的、背景、意義和方法,并對相關(guān)理論績效管理文獻進行了深入研究,為本文研究奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,從公司的績效管理目標、考核指標設(shè)計、績效管理過程等方面,對其目前績效管理現(xiàn)狀及成效進行概述,并找到存在的相關(guān)問題。再次,針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出相應的優(yōu)化方案,特別是從LW保安服務公司績效管理體系現(xiàn)存的四大主要問題入手,有針對性的對績效管理體系進行優(yōu)化改善,重點是關(guān)于公司績效管理體系結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、公司績效的過程管理優(yōu)化等提出對策建議,并對優(yōu)化效果進行了分析。進而提出了相關(guān)保障措施,主要包括組織保障、績效文化建設(shè)、培訓保障等保障措施。最后,根據(jù)研究進行總結(jié)和得出主要結(jié)論,并對將來的進一步深化研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:In the enterprise human resources management, the performance management has been playing an important role. Strengthening and optimizing the performance management is helpful to improve the level of the enterprise human resources management, through the implementation of scientific performance management, It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, improve the efficiency of employees, and create more value for enterprises. In addition, strengthening and optimizing performance management can help to form fairness and justice within enterprises. A stable and passionate management environment. China's security service industry has gradually risen with the reform and opening up. Its internal management system is faced with many tests and challenges. The function orientation of the security service company is gradually changed from the original attack and management to the prevention, management and service, with the change of the work function of the security service company. Therefore, security service companies urgently need to establish a reasonable, effective and perfect performance management system in order to improve the enthusiasm of security personnel. This paper takes LW security service company as the research object, synthetically uses the literature research, the balanced scorecard BSCA, the key performance index, the field investigation and so on research method, and so on, solves many problems existing in the security service company, such as the incentive mechanism is not perfect, the performance is poor, and so on. The quality of the performance management system is evaluated, the problems in the performance management system of the enterprise are analyzed, and the optimization scheme of the performance management system is put forward. The main contents of this paper include the following parts: firstly, this paper defines the purpose, background, significance and methods of the research. And related theoretical performance management literature in-depth study, for this study laid a certain theoretical basis. Secondly, from the company's performance management objectives, evaluation index design, performance management process, and so on. The current performance management status and effectiveness are summarized, and the existing problems are found. Thirdly, in view of the problems found, the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward. Especially, starting from the four main problems in the performance management system of LW security service company, the paper optimizes and improves the performance management system, focusing on the optimization of the performance management system structure of the company. The process management optimization of company performance is put forward, and the effect of optimization is analyzed. Then, the related safeguard measures are put forward, such as organization guarantee, performance culture construction, training guarantee and so on. Summarize and draw the main conclusion according to the research, and prospect the further research in the future.
