【摘要】：在世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)積極轉(zhuǎn)型的大趨勢下，，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要作用逐漸受到廣泛重視。發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)通過推進(jìn)進(jìn)一步的深化分工以及促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率等方式直接或間接地加快了經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)具有密切的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的規(guī)模發(fā)展有利于制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚以及升級轉(zhuǎn)型，因而生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長以及結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的意義重大。 遼寧省是我國重要的制造業(yè)工業(yè)基地，為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了很好的需求支持。在遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的快速發(fā)展以及相關(guān)的政策支持下，遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在近幾年發(fā)展迅速，但是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)整體發(fā)展水平較為滯后。因而在掌握遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的前提下，研究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)以及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體影響因素對于提出相應(yīng)促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議具有重要指導(dǎo)作用。 本文首先對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的基本概念進(jìn)行了介紹，然后對相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)理論進(jìn)行了整理總結(jié)。并且利用相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對于遼寧省服務(wù)業(yè)以及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析，為實(shí)證研究作基礎(chǔ)。最后利用遼寧省2000-2011年的省級數(shù)據(jù)以及地市級數(shù)據(jù)對于遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)性以及影響因素分別進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。在遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)性方面的實(shí)證結(jié)果證明遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用，但是其拉動(dòng)作用要弱于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)。產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集度、實(shí)際使用外資金額以及勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率都與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展正相關(guān)，并且在沈陽和大連兩大中心城市的發(fā)展系數(shù)相對較高，說明遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展集中在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較好的大城市中。在遼寧生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)影響因素的實(shí)證分析方面，根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果認(rèn)為依據(jù)影響程度的強(qiáng)弱，遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的影響因素依次為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)開放度、人才教育因素以及城市化發(fā)展水平。對于交通運(yùn)輸倉儲(chǔ)及郵電通信業(yè)而言，城市的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，尤其是公共交通設(shè)施的完善是交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)，具有正向促進(jìn)作用；對于批發(fā)和零售業(yè)、住宿餐飲業(yè)而言，城市化率及消費(fèi)率的影響較為顯著；，對于金融業(yè)而言，投資率以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平為主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of the positive transformation of the economic development structure in the world, the important role of producer services in economic development has been paid more and more attention. The development of producer services promotes the further division of labor and the promotion of technological innovation. Increasing economic efficiency directly or indirectly accelerates economic growth. Producer services have close interaction with manufacturing industry. The scale development of producer services is conducive to industrial agglomeration and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Therefore, the development of producer services is of great significance to promote economic growth and structural transformation. Liaoning Province is an important manufacturing industry base in China, which provides a good demand support for the development of producer services. With the rapid development of Liaoning coastal economic belt and related policy support, The producer services in Liaoning Province have developed rapidly in recent years, but the overall development level of producer services has lagged behind. Therefore, under the premise of mastering the present situation of the development of producer services in Liaoning Province, The study of the economic effects of producer services and the specific factors affecting the development of producer services plays an important role in guiding the development of producer services. This paper first introduces the basic concepts of producer services, then summarizes the relevant literature, and analyzes the development of service and producer services in Liaoning Province by using relevant statistical data. Finally, using provincial data and prefectural data from 2000 to 2011 to analyze the relationship between producer services and economic development in Liaoning province and the influencing factors, respectively. The empirical results on the relationship between the productive services and the economy prove that the producer services in Liaoning Province promote the economic development. However, its pulling effect is weaker than that of the secondary industry. The degree of industrial agglomeration, the amount of foreign capital actually used and the labor productivity are all positively related to the development of producer services, and the development coefficient is relatively high in the two major central cities of Shenyang and Dalian. It shows that the development of producer services in Liaoning Province is concentrated in large cities with better economic development. In the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of producer services in Liaoning Province, according to the empirical results, it is considered that the degree of influence is strong or weak. The influencing factors of producer services in Liaoning Province are the level of economic development, the level of manufacturing development, the degree of economic openness, the factor of talent education and the level of urbanization. The improvement of urban infrastructure, especially public transport facilities, is the basis for the development of transportation and has a positive effect; for wholesale and retail trade, accommodation and catering industry, The influence of urbanization rate and consumption rate is obvious. For the financial industry, the investment rate and the level of economic development are the main influencing factors.
