【摘要】：耐特英豐信息技術(shù)有限公司是華訊網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)有限公司為運營2007年底啟動的一個新業(yè)務而成立的子公司。此新業(yè)務屬于服務運營類的BPO(Business ProcessOutsourcing)技術(shù)外包，此業(yè)務的發(fā)包商是世界500強企業(yè)C公司。華訊網(wǎng)絡作為C公司在中國的首家金牌合作伙伴，與其建立了多年的合作關(guān)系，使公司積累了先進的管理運營經(jīng)驗、良好的口碑以及專業(yè)的服務。 耐特英豐外包業(yè)務從成立以來一直保持著高速增長，但由于外包業(yè)務自身因素及其發(fā)展速度過快，，使其遇到了業(yè)務增長不穩(wěn)定、人員離職率偏大、內(nèi)部資源不足等一系列的問題。2011年10月份的業(yè)務變動，更讓耐特英豐業(yè)務損失了整個國際業(yè)務（50%的業(yè)務），損失的業(yè)務由印度公司承包。這不禁會讓人產(chǎn)生疑問，此外包業(yè)務如何才能健康、順利、快速地發(fā)展下去。 本文以耐特英豐業(yè)務現(xiàn)存的問題為主線，運用波特的五力模型對其行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境進行分析；其次通過訪談的方式獲得內(nèi)部因素，利用內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣（IFE）對內(nèi)部資源進行分析：其中評分采用多種溝通工具與管理者和員工進行互動完成。最后通過SWOT矩陣匯總業(yè)務所具備的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，并對SWOT做詳細的匹配分析，最終得出對耐特英豐業(yè)務發(fā)展有實際價值的三個發(fā)展策略：分別是建立專職培訓部門、整合優(yōu)化內(nèi)部資源和拓展新的外包業(yè)務。文章的最后章節(jié)對得出的戰(zhàn)略措施進行進一步分析，為其實施提出可行性的建議和方案。 通過對耐特英豐外包業(yè)務的研究分析，可以使公司解決業(yè)務發(fā)展中所遇到的問題，并嘗試為公司制定出符合自身情況的業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略，從而指明外包業(yè)務的發(fā)展方向，提高業(yè)務的競爭力；結(jié)合國內(nèi)外包領(lǐng)域的特點，利用戰(zhàn)略管理的各種分析工具對發(fā)展快速的外包業(yè)務進行戰(zhàn)略研究在一定程度上豐富了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的應用研究；另外本文的研究對類似服務外包業(yè)務的企業(yè)也有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Netcom information technology co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Huaxun network systems co., Ltd., established to operate a new business started in end of 2007. This new business belongs to BPO(Business process outsourcing technology outsourcing. The contractor of this business is company C, one of the top 500 companies in the world. As the first gold medal partner of company C in China, Huaxun Network has established a cooperative relationship with it for many years, which has made the company accumulate advanced management and operation experience. Good reputation and professional service. Since its establishment, the outsourced business of Netcom has been growing at a high speed. However, because of its own factors and the speed of its development, it has encountered unstable business growth and a large turnover rate. Lack of internal resources and a series of problems. In October 2011, the changes in the operations of Net Ying Fung made the entire international business lose 50% of its business, and the lost business was contracted out by Indian companies. This cannot help but raise questions. This outsourcing business how to be healthy, smooth, rapid development. In this paper, the existing problems of Knight English Fung business as the main line, using Porter's five-force model to analyze the competitive environment of its industry; secondly, through interviews to obtain internal factors, Internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) is used to analyze internal resources, in which a variety of communication tools are used to interact with managers and employees. Finally, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the business are summarized through the SWOT matrix. And do the detailed matching analysis to SWOT, and finally get three development strategies that have practical value to the development of Nettle English Feng's business: set up the full-time training department respectively, In the last chapter of this paper, the strategic measures are further analyzed, and the feasible suggestions and schemes are put forward for their implementation. Through the research and analysis of the outsourced business of Knight English Feng, we can make the company solve the problems encountered in the business development, and try to work out the business strategy suitable for its own situation, thus pointing out the development direction of the outsourcing business. Improving the competitiveness of business, combining the characteristics of domestic and foreign package field, using various analysis tools of strategic management to develop the rapid outsourcing business strategy research, to a certain extent, enrich the application of enterprise strategic management theory research; In addition, the study of this paper also has a certain reference to similar service outsourcing business enterprises.
