【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展是未來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要方向，長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)作為未來(lái)世界重要現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)提供區(qū)域的戰(zhàn)略定位，，對(duì)包括江蘇省在內(nèi)的蘇、浙、滬三個(gè)省市未來(lái)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)，提出了更高的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和發(fā)展要求。從目前研究成果可以看出，江蘇省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)處于一個(gè)較高的水平，但是在江蘇省內(nèi)各地市層面并沒(méi)有較清晰的功能劃分，各城市的發(fā)展存在著重復(fù)建設(shè)、城市自身特定資源稟賦沒(méi)有得到發(fā)揮、發(fā)展效率較低和發(fā)展實(shí)力差距較大等問(wèn)題。而建立系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系，對(duì)分析各個(gè)城市發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、提高發(fā)展效率、明確未來(lái)發(fā)展定位等具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先總結(jié)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果，進(jìn)而分析了江蘇省及各城市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，有別于傳統(tǒng)的把江蘇劃分為蘇南-蘇中-蘇北的思路，提出“一個(gè)點(diǎn)、一條線、一個(gè)面”的劃分思路。在總結(jié)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，試圖從發(fā)展實(shí)力、發(fā)展效率、產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)性和未來(lái)發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)四個(gè)方面，構(gòu)建一個(gè)立體的城市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系，針對(duì)各個(gè)方面分別運(yùn)用因子分析法、數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法、回歸分析和時(shí)間序列分析法對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，通過(guò)對(duì)分析結(jié)果的歸納總結(jié)，結(jié)合各城市的資源特點(diǎn)給出發(fā)展建議，從而為江蘇省各城市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:The development of modern service industry is an important direction of economic development in the future. The Yangtze River Delta region, as a region providing important modern services in the world in the future, provides strategic positioning for the future modern service industry in Jiangsu, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai provinces and cities. From the current research results, we can see that the development of modern service industry in Jiangsu Province is at a relatively high level throughout the country. However, in Jiangsu Province, there is no clear functional division at the level of prefectures and cities, the development of each city is characterized by repeated construction, and the specific resource endowment of the city itself has not been brought into play. The establishment of a systematic comprehensive evaluation system for the development of modern service industry is of practical significance in analyzing the development advantages of each city, improving the development efficiency, and clarifying the future development orientation. This paper first summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad, and then analyzes the development status of modern service industry in Jiangsu Province and various cities, which is different from the traditional idea of dividing Jiangsu into southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu, and puts forward a point. On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature, this paper attempts to construct a three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system of urban modern service industry from four aspects: development strength, development efficiency, industry correlation and future development prediction. Factor analysis, data envelopment analysis, regression analysis and time series analysis are used to analyze the collected data. Combined with the characteristics of the resources of each city, the author gives some suggestions for the development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province, thus providing a reference for the development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province.
