服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性環(huán)境下資源整合過程與創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的背景下,服務(wù)業(yè)已成為發(fā)展的重要力量,服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展為推動整個經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。技術(shù)的發(fā)展促使公司實體產(chǎn)品的差異越來越小,而要在發(fā)展中不斷提升自身競爭優(yōu)勢就必須在服務(wù)上尋求差異化,這進一步促使服務(wù)差異化在未來的競爭中起著更加重要的作用。而要在服務(wù)上形成差異化來不斷提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和水平就必須重視服務(wù)創(chuàng)新活動的進行,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是促使公司競爭優(yōu)勢提升的關(guān)鍵,是促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要動力。 服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是一個持續(xù)的過程,創(chuàng)新過程分為三個階段:①概念階段;②發(fā)展階段;③保護階段。從概念的形成到產(chǎn)品的投入都存在高度不確定性,這促使企業(yè)必須加強內(nèi)外資源的整合來降低服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程中的各種不確定性,提高服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的績效。本文以知識密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)為研究對象,在服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性的基礎(chǔ)上來探討創(chuàng)新資源整合過程與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效間的關(guān)系。論文首先進行概念界定和文獻整理,提出研究內(nèi)容并構(gòu)建研究模型;其次在文獻梳理的基礎(chǔ)上提出論文論文假設(shè);然后通過數(shù)據(jù)回收整理并檢驗假設(shè);最后討論研究結(jié)論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新資源整合的四個過程對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的績效具有正向影響,同時服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性對創(chuàng)新資源整合過程與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效間的關(guān)系具有部分調(diào)節(jié)作用,即服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性對資源識別、資源獲取與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的正相關(guān)系不具有調(diào)節(jié)作用,而服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性對資源配置、資源利用與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的正相關(guān)系具有調(diào)節(jié)作用。對知識密集型服務(wù)創(chuàng)新來說尤其是在較高創(chuàng)新不確定性作用下知識的高密集度和高隱蔽性更需要的是知識資源的互動和融合,因為資源的配置和高效利用在這時能產(chǎn)生更高的創(chuàng)新績效。 本研究可以理清服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性環(huán)境下創(chuàng)新資源整合過程對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系和影響機理,,彌補相關(guān)研究理論的不足;對以后人們理解和認(rèn)識服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不確定性環(huán)境下創(chuàng)新資源整合過程與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的作用關(guān)系和機制有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:In the context of the rapid development of the global economy, the service industry has become an important force in development. The development of the service industry plays a very important role in promoting the development of the whole economy. If we want to improve our competitive advantage in development, we must seek differentiation in service. This further promotes the service differentiation to play a more important role in the future competition. In order to form the service differentiation to improve the service quality and level continuously, we must attach importance to the service innovation activity. Service innovation is the key to promote the competitive advantage of the company and the main driving force to promote economic development. Service innovation is a continuous process. The innovation process is divided into three stages: 1 concept stage, 2 development stage and 3 protection stage. There is a high degree of uncertainty from concept formation to product input. This urges enterprises to strengthen the integration of internal and external resources to reduce the uncertainty in the process of service innovation and improve the performance of service innovation. Based on the uncertainty of service innovation, this paper discusses the relationship between innovation resource integration process and service innovation performance. Firstly, the paper defines the concept and literature, puts forward the research content and constructs the research model. Secondly, on the basis of literature review, the thesis hypothesis is put forward; then the hypothesis is collected and tested through data recovery. Finally, the conclusion of the study is discussed. It is found that the four processes of innovation resource integration have a positive impact on the performance of service innovation. At the same time, the uncertainty of service innovation partly regulates the relationship between the process of innovation resource integration and the performance of service innovation, that is, the uncertainty of service innovation identifies resources. The positive relationship between resource acquisition and service innovation performance has no regulating effect, but uncertainty of service innovation has no effect on resource allocation. The positive relationship between resource utilization and service innovation performance has a regulating role. For knowledge-intensive service innovation, especially under the effect of higher innovation uncertainty, the knowledge capital is needed more than the high concentration and concealment of knowledge. The interaction and integration of sources, Because the allocation of resources and efficient use at this time can produce higher innovation performance. This study can clarify the relationship and influence mechanism of innovation resource integration process on service innovation performance under the uncertain environment of service innovation, and make up for the deficiency of related research theory. It is helpful to understand and understand the relationship and mechanism between innovation resource integration process and service innovation performance in the uncertain environment of service innovation.
