【摘要】：隨著服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚對服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展乃至區(qū)域發(fā)展具有重要的作用。關(guān)于區(qū)域生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚特征、大都市郊區(qū)是否已代替城市中心成為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)新集聚區(qū)等問題,國內(nèi)外研究者展開了研究與討論。 福建省位于我國東部沿海地區(qū),生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展得到了迅速發(fā)展。本文在參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和研究進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；然后利用空間基尼系數(shù)、克魯格曼專業(yè)化系數(shù)和區(qū)位熵方法,從時空角度分析福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚特征；再采用多元線性回歸方法構(gòu)建福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的形成機(jī)制模型,并以廈門市為例進(jìn)行實證分析；最后提出福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文得出以下結(jié)論：一是福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)及其內(nèi)部各行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)增長的態(tài)勢,但增長的速度有所差異；生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)人員集聚在福州和廈門兩市。二是福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)及其內(nèi)部各行業(yè)在地理空間上呈現(xiàn)出集聚現(xiàn)象,但集聚程度不明顯；整體生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚水平保持平穩(wěn)中略有上升的趨勢,內(nèi)部各行業(yè)集聚水平趨勢不一。三是福建省各地市間的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有差異,但差異不大,出現(xiàn)一定程度的專業(yè)分工；經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較高的福州市、廈門市與其他地市間的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)差異和專業(yè)化分工比較明顯。四是廈門市、福州市的整個生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象減弱,有向外轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢,特別是向龍巖市延伸顯著；生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)空間集聚演變有差異。針對上述結(jié)果,本文提出了福建省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的建議：一是完善區(qū)域環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚；二是夯實基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),突出優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of service economy, producer service agglomeration plays an important role in the development of service industry and regional development. Whether the metropolitan suburb has replaced the urban center as a new producer service district has been studied and discussed. Fujian Province is located in the eastern coastal area of China, and the producer service industry has been developing rapidly. This paper first analyzes the present situation of producer service industry in Fujian Province on the basis of the relevant theories and research progress at home and abroad. Then the spatial Gini coefficient, Krugman specialization coefficient and location entropy method are used to analyze the agglomeration characteristics of producer services in Fujian Province from the perspective of time and space. Then the formation mechanism model of producer services agglomeration in Fujian Province is constructed by using multiple linear regression method, and the empirical analysis is carried out by taking Xiamen City as an example. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of producer services agglomeration in Fujian Province are put forward. This paper draws the following conclusions: first, the producer service industry and its internal industries in Fujian Province show a trend of growth, but the growth rate is different; The employment of producer services is concentrated in Fuzhou and Xiamen. Secondly, the producer service industry and its internal industries in Fujian Province show the phenomenon of agglomeration in geographical space, but the degree of agglomeration is not obvious. The agglomeration level of producer service industry as a whole keeps a slight upward trend, and the trend of industrial agglomeration level varies from one industry to another. Third, the structure of producer service industry in Fujian Province is different, but the difference is not significant. In Fuzhou, where the economic development level is relatively high, the difference and specialization of producer services between Xiamen and other prefectures are obvious. The whole phenomenon of producer service agglomeration in Fuzhou is weakened and tends to transfer outward, especially to Longyan city. The spatial agglomeration evolution of various industries in producer services is different. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of producer service agglomeration in Fujian: first, to perfect the regional environment and strengthen the producer service agglomeration; second, to consolidate the basic industry and highlight the superior industry.
