【摘要】：本文以勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)的“民工荒與大學(xué)生就業(yè)難并存”現(xiàn)象為切入點(diǎn),應(yīng)用價(jià)值鏈理論分析了造成這種狀況的原因。從表面上看,這是就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的供求結(jié)構(gòu)失衡現(xiàn)象,但本質(zhì)上反映了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、制造業(yè)升級(jí)緩慢、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后的實(shí)際狀況。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究式評(píng)述的基礎(chǔ)上,論文重點(diǎn)分析了制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展之間雙向互動(dòng)關(guān)系,研究了依靠制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的“雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)”對(duì)于優(yōu)化就業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、解決就業(yè)難題的作用機(jī)制,提出了加快生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的政策建議。 全文共分為六章內(nèi)容。第一章介紹了本文研究背景、研究意義和主要方法。第二章對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展、制造業(yè)升級(jí)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述。 第三章研究了我國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的解讀,指出我國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)發(fā)展存在的不足,以及對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的影響。 第四章分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的“雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)”對(duì)于改善我國(guó)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機(jī)制。該部分以價(jià)值鏈理論作為突破點(diǎn),從理論層面分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)對(duì)就業(yè)的作用機(jī)制,并實(shí)證分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)對(duì)于就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的促進(jìn)作用,實(shí)證分析結(jié)果與理論分析的結(jié)論一致。 第五章實(shí)證分析了制造業(yè)升級(jí)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)于就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的影響程度。本章中作者在界定相關(guān)變量的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了實(shí)證計(jì)量模型,并進(jìn)行了回歸分析,最終得出了制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性升級(jí)對(duì)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化影響最為顯著的主要結(jié)論。 第六章為文章的最后一部分,在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)我們國(guó)家的現(xiàn)有狀況,有針對(duì)性的提出了關(guān)于加速生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展以及加快制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)從而實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the phenomenon of "the shortage of migrant workers and the difficult employment of college students" in the labor market, this paper analyzes the causes of this situation by applying the theory of value chain. On the surface, this phenomenon is the imbalance of the supply and demand structure of the job market. But in essence, it reflects the actual situation of irrational industrial structure, slow upgrading of manufacturing industry and lagging development of producer service industry. This paper focuses on the two-way interaction between manufacturing industry transition and producer services development, and studies the "two-wheel drive" to optimize the employment market structure, which depends on manufacturing transformation and producer service development. The mechanism of solving the employment problem is put forward, and the policy suggestions on accelerating the development of producer service industry and promoting the transformation of manufacturing industry and the optimization of employment structure are put forward. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance and main methods of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the development of producer services, the upgrading of manufacturing industry, the optimization of employment structure and other related literature. The third chapter studies the present situation and future development trend of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in China, and points out the shortcomings of the development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in China through the interpretation of relevant data. And the impact on China's job market. Chapter 4th analyzes the mechanism of "two-wheel drive" in the development of producer services and the transformation of manufacturing industry to improve the employment structure of our country. This part takes the theory of value chain as the breakthrough point. This paper analyzes the mechanism of producer service industry and manufacturing industry on employment theoretically, and empirically analyzes the promoting effect of producer service industry and manufacturing industry on employment structure. The result of empirical analysis is consistent with the conclusion of theoretical analysis. Chapter 5th empirically analyzes the impact of manufacturing upgrading and producer service development on employment structure optimization. In this chapter, the author constructs an empirical econometric model based on the definition of relevant variables, and carries out regression analysis. Finally, the paper draws the main conclusion that the structural upgrading of manufacturing industry has the most significant influence on the optimization of employment structure. Chapter 6th is the last part of the article, based on the summary of the full text, according to the current situation of our country, Some policy suggestions on accelerating the development of producer services and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry are put forward to optimize the employment structure.
